Amazing trip! If you want to see all the beautiful scenery Switzerland has, this is the trip for you! The small multicultural group size made it easy to get to know one another other and learn about each others countries and previous travel experiences. Our Tour guide was extremely informative and expressed great passion for the country and his job.

A bit rushed, but good. Would have liked a bit more free time. All hotels were excellent, except Alex resort in Zermatt. Poor pillows and bed. Breakfasts were excellent. Can't say enough good things about tour director or driver .

A well planned trip. Had enough time to see all of the special events and venues. The tour guide was exceptional. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted on the activities that matter to us. Would definitely do Trafalgar again. A great organization to manage our tour.
Fast paced tour that covered a lot of territory. Not for those who want a leisurely pace. You do get to sample a lot of countries in a time efficient and economical way. Our tour leader Noddy and driver Paulo were great. Noddy had so much knowledge about everywhere we went and Paulo drove safely in the craziest traffic conditions. His fun personality really added to the trip as well.

I really enjoyed all of the wonderful places we saw in such a little amount of time. Our tour guide Manuel was also fantastic and incredibly accommodating.
Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. First of all, Europamundo has the best tour guides. They are super nice and knowledgeable. Some have difficulty speaking in English but it still works out. I also liked how we were able to visit many places but we felt like it was quite rushed. Our Switzerland itinerary was a bit of a waste as well since we used up the entire morning to try to get to ride the cable car but in the end it was replaced by waterfalls which I think is too different in terms of price and experience so that was disappointing.
