Our Germany-Norway trip was outstanding We have done a lot of travel but never enjoyed a trip more thanks to Europamundo and our guide Julio Villar, we have never had a more conscientious, hardworking, enthusiastic guide. We knew nothing about Europamundo when we reserved two trips to Europe this year ended up with them as the Tour Company. All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.

We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
