I traveled 1st time with Europamundo , it was nice experience. As i am frequent traveller and arrange trips of my traveling friends group definately i will use Europamundo services in future . Only suggestion is during travel in bus at least 1 water battle per traveller should be provided by Europamundo and i think it is not big expectation. Overall i am satisfied 100
It was an amazing trip and everything went well as per the plan. All the important tourist spots were covered. The tour guides were very helpful and informative.

Few points which can be improved:
1. As a vegetarian, the breakfast had very limited options. Same Menu was repeated for almost 7 days.
2. Certain days has 3-4 tourist spots to be covered. Time available on each spot was very less.
The accommodations at Bovey Castle were amazing even though the room was hard to locate at first 😉; excursions were wonderful and the tour guide and bus driver were excellent
Based in two centres, starting in Padstow then spending the second half of the week in Charlestown on the South coast. Our tour leader, Will, and his colleague Gaby, were prepared to go to any lengths to make sure we were fully supported. The walking required a decent level of fitness, the rating of 3 (moderate) is an accurate assessment, and my phone recorded 51 miles during the five days of walks (and 137,700 steps!).
The hotels were both good, although don't expect a sea view, and Will was always able to find us somewhere to eat despite COVID meaning there were a lot more tourists there than usual, and staffing was challenging for many of the restaurants.
The scenery is really lovely, both on the coast and inland, and lots of photos were taken and shared.

Plenty of time to see the sites and do things on your own if desired. Bus provided ample leg room for us taller clients. We enjoyed the offered excursions even though we had been to many of the cities previously. This was our third trip with Insight and not our last. Having traveled with Trafalgar and Brendan also, Insight is our top pick for future travels.

The destinations and scenery were very nice. I do feel we were rushed in the later half of the trip and wished I had some more time in some locations. I loved the maps and hints of places to see in the limited time we had. I would have liked a bit more free time to explore. Since this was our first tour I felt it was overall a good learning experience. I might suggest that upon booking the trip you inform people on the currency denominations and look and best ways to exchange such. Also, information on transit systems with routes and best way to move around a city. Also, best way to get wifi and upgrade your phone so when you cannot connect. This would be helpful to new travelers.

First of all, me and my husband wish to thank our travel agency here in the United States. It was tough in the beginning as different passengers are only concerned about their individual needs and questions. Some of them had not been on time boarding and returning to the bus. English groups were mixed in with groups speaking different languages Spanish, Puertoricans, Portuguese Frances and it’s really hard to understand the details of the daily schedule. Most of the time the English translation is shortened due to the other passengers’ many questions. So by the time it gets to us, we’re already arriving to the destinations. But after few days, eventually we were separated and had our own transportation bus with English tour guides. Thank goodness as it was exhausting dealing with those needy passengers. Seriously Felt bad for the tour guides. Although I could honestly say that all our tour guides were very pleasant, accommodating, and made sure our group is clear with instructions. My husband and myself really appreciated all the tour guides we had namely Beatriz, Jessica, Cian, and Ayla. They were all wonderful, kind-hearted, hardworking, and really cared for all the passengers. They made sure all details about the daily schedule including transfers and connecting trips. Double checked on accommodations, airport transfer, etc., for each individual passengers.
I was injured on my second day during this trip. They all made sure I was comfortable and checked if I needed anything. Beatrice even offered to take me to the doctor or hospital. I really admired all of your tour guides.
On the last day of our tour in London, we were mixed in again with another multi-languages group. The bus came from another hotel picked up our group at our hotel in the morning. But they could not drop us off in the evening back to our hotel. Franck, our tour guide, was kind enough to call an Uber for us free of charge.
BTW, would also like to mention the drivers of our airport transfers arrival and departure were both punctual and pleasant. Both of them arrived earlier than our scheduled time. Thank you for contracting with dependable transport.
Overall, this tour was really nice and would recommend it. I just wished the Windsor Palace inside tour was included in the package. Didn’t have enough time to tour inside.
