We bought the Paris airport transfer service. The customer checklist stated to look for Europamundo placard. When we arrived, we were unable to locate the driver with the placard. The hotline also told us to look for the placard. In fact, the driver was using his phone to display my mother name, no placard. Next time, please state either Europamundo sign or passenger name.

We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
Our family europe tour Italy, France, Switzerland and london was well managed by europamundo. Tour manager was good, Local guide was excellent, Star Hotels was very good apart from in italy. Over all it was excellent tour package managed by europamundo.

Good tour. Some cities were rushed with minimal information and tour guide wasnt aware of current state of important buildings in the city. Tour guide has major influence on how the tour is for the travelers
I think we could stay 1 day longer in some cities and maybe shorten the route, so we would be less on the road. With that we could repeat this wonderful trip.

An action packed and well organized trip that has left me with hundreds of wonderful memories and interactions that will for sure last a lifetime. The negatives were far outweighed by the positives. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and I will be using the service in the future as the tour guides are so wonderful both local and Europamundo staff especially Guillermo, the hotels are really nice and there is a lot to see.
Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. The trip was well-organized, with ample breaks and friendly, professional drivers who ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience from one destination to another. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. I have traveled with Europamundo several times, unfortunately this time there was lack of coordination and confusion, the additional excursion that we purchased was not known by the tour guide, we had to rush to get to another group to be able to go to the Windsor Castle in England, also we were not register in the hotel in Amsterdam for our last night, we had to wait for 3 hours and travel 1 hour to a different hotel that the Europamundo customer representative (Monica Ritz) booked at the last minute, very poor organization.
There was so much walking and bus riding. We had unruly passengers on the bus that didnt listen to the tour guides. Tour guides were fantastic and patient
