This was an amazing trip. Varied and interesting hiking, experienced authentic southern Spain, amazing history. Hosts in all the places we stayed were excellent, accommodations were stellar! And a special mention of the hosts at Posada San Marcos (Alajar) who coordinated the transportation, were helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided a wonderful 3 night stay at the end of the trip.
Excellent choice of hotels, hire car was spacious and new. Friendly staff replied to my (many) questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Granada and Seville are truly amazing places to visit and so is Cordoba but 2 days in the both the former locations and 1 day in Cordoba was the perfect combination with a beach 1/2 day at Torremolinos at the start and the end to relax. Will use you guys again !

We had a great time! The hotels picked for us were so great. The breakfast must have been awesome because when i came home weighed the same as when i left and we walked lots. The location of the hotels put us in the middle of the best areas. Very helpful with all our needs. Would book with them again.

GAdventures has managed (again) to send me on a journey worth taking. I enjoyed all aspects of our travels: accommodations, recommended restaurants, planned activities, suggested options and more. Two of the countries on our itinerary were new to me and I feel that the amount of time spent in the various locations is enough to give one a taste of what they're all about. Great cultural experience in the Iberian peninsula. We saw so much during the two weeks it was almost overwhelming yet I was also daydreaming about returning to explore further. I would highly recommend this itinerary.

About This Trip
On this journey, you will discover some of the most famous destinations in Spain, Switzerland, Italy, and Austria. Start your journey in Barcelona, where you will go on a guided tour to the Monastery of Poblet, located in northeastern Spain, one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world. In Barcelona, tour the city and discover the iconic Ras Ramblas Street. Your tour continues with driving in the region of Provence to arrive in the charming town of Chamberry. Continue to Switzerland and enjoy beautiful lakes and mountains with snow-capped peaks on your way to Zurich. Your journey continues in Rome, the ancient Capital of Italy, and get to know about its history on a panoramic tour and in the Trastevere area. You will also visit St. Peter’s Basilica in the heart of Vatican City and the impressive Roman Coliseum. Moving to Venice, you will take the boat, cross the Grand Canal to the Island of Venice, and visit the marvelous St. Mark´s Square and the Murano Glass Factory. Then travel along a scenic road between the mountains on your way to Kitzbuhel in Austria and take a cable car ride up to the high mountains surrounding the city with fantastic scenery. Later, you will explore the beautiful Traunsee Lake in Traunkirchen and see four castles. Your journey ends in Vienna with majestic avenues, its palaces, and its vibrant city center. We booked a day trip around Barcelona and Montserrat with a driver - Marta, and it was perfect.
Matra was amazing with local knowledge and communication during our trip, she was a great communicator, fun, kind, respectful and helpful and went above and beyond with every detail and we loved our time with Marta - making our day in Barcelona better than we could have hoped for.
We would gladly highly recommend Marta and this trip to anyone.

Our trip today was incredible. Because of your organization and putting the right people in place, we were able to experience another culture and world so different from ours.
Our driver, Manuel, was wonderful and such a lovely man. We would like to be neighbors to he and his wife . He not only drive us to Tarifa, but walked with us through the town. Then ushered us to the ferry, waited for us to return, and took us back to our hotel. Mohammad, our guide in Tangier was very well versed on the world on which he was raised, and offered us insights into the past and present of his culture and country. Very enjoyable!
