We had a great time on our Barcelona City Tour. There were only 4 guests, which was a perfect size for a tour. Joao was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We were picked up at our hotel in the Gothic quarter and walked a short distance to where the van was parked. We loved seeing all the different sites. We ended at La Sagrada Familia. We had requested tickets inside with tower access. These tickets were secured ahead of time so we were able to skip the line. This was the highlight of the tour.

Tour guides , George, Gabby , Raid and Mario super tour guides , helpful, professional , listened and knowledgeable.
What needs to be fixed , the clients who disrespect others who turn up on time . Rudeness to our tour guides . Had it happen on Raid tour , a group of 5 Indians were always later , so rude to Raid . To the point where 6 of us all said something to them . You need to make it very clear on them booking , they have to be on time . Otherwise it disadvantages then other visitors/clients . Dont like to see tour leaders having clients being rude to them . Its so disrespectful . All of thr tour leaders were highly professional.

Tour outings were great. tour guides were really nice. locations were breathtaking at the time of year. August seems to be a holiday month for many countries, so thing were accessible at prompt times without standing on line. we go to see things at the times allotted and not stand in line to wait.

The trip was a very enjoyable one and we were well attended to by your guides Pablo and Maria, both explained things very well and ensured our needs were met. We spent most of the time with Maria and She was super as she knew a whole LOT and in the rare chance she did not know an answer to a question she was great at letting you know shed find out and actually finding the answer and getting back to us. She was a huge part of the comfort we had with this trip. Too, the dear lady lost a close family member but remained with us at a time that could have been very hard for someone to do their job, I felt she went above and beyond what I expected.
