Our tour guide Ana was excellent. She was very helpful and accommodating. Had good knowledge about the sites and provided helpful tips. The hotels provided were of good standard although a bit off the main city centers.

This Self-drive journey starts from Rome the capital of Italy towards the Siena Area and continues through Orvieto famous for its majestic Gothic Cathedral and the beautiful Perugia region home of the Baci (world-famous chocolate). We had an absolutely fantastic time in our recent Scandinavia tour. The tour leader Maria lose Navarro Frias is an excellent person, fluent in English, punctual, flexible and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Your guides, hotels, restaurants for lunch and the trip were well organized and of real pleasure.
I have travelled many countries with many tour operators and guides, but I must say that Maria is one of the most responsible, helpful, supportive and professional guide I have ever met. I would like to mention one incident during our trip. On our last day of trip, her bag was stolen from the bus and she lost all her belongings. In spite of that, she was very calm, quite, cool and she ensured that her personal issues does not impact the passengers. She did her duties for the entire day as usual inspite of being unaware about her return of belongings. What a person What a service and what professionalism. She believes on the theory SHOW MUST GO ON

We had a great day in Sintra with our driver Bruno- he was very professional. He timed the site visits perfectly so we were easily able to spend time at the Moorish Castle, Pena Palace, and Quinta da Regaleira in one day, with a break for a delicious lunch in Sintra and a stop to wander in town. He even treated us to our first taste of Ginjinha! Thank you, Bruno for an unforgettable day to a beautiful place!
The coach from Cappedocia to Softabolu and back to Istanbul is fine for local site seeing. However it is small, crammed up space, so much lateral movement as it is small. Not fit for long distances of 650-700km.
However the coach from Istanbul to Cappedocia was good and enjoyable. Abdul Hakam conducted the tour in a professional manner and he is knowledgeable too.
