Benny the tour leader was excellent and tried his hardest to accommodate the varying needs of all of the different members of the group. He gave lots of information about Madeira & provided a great variety of Madeiran snacks every day for every one to try which was much appreciated! The hotel in Santana was very damp and our room was cold as there was no heating and they had run out of extra oil heaters but the breakfast was v good, the other hotels were fine for the purpose of a walking holiday where little time is spent in the room.
I can't speak highly enough of the crew. They created a thoroughly enjoyable experience and genuinely cared about those of us travelling on board. I loved everything about the trip. There was plenty of activity to be had or rest if that was what was needed. Boating life was wonderful and of course the ultimate highlight the 3 Lochs - Ness, Oich and Lochy and the majestic environment which we had the absolute pleasure of walking with an experienced guide. Walking the length of The Great Glen Way was an option rather than a must. I took the option of resting or walking a shorter distance when needed. Scotland you certainly made my heart sing. Huge thanks and appreciation to the crew.

Excellent trip and very good guide in AJ.
Only negative was hotel in Florence. Good location (change from original hotel) but was tired and cleanliness could have been better. Very cramped solo room 🙁
Highlights were Pienza and Castellina in Chianti. Great hotels, beautiful walks and really good food and wine. 😀
We had a brilliant trip in July seeing the wonderful Baltic countries. The weather was very kind, the group and our guide wonderful. We all learnt so much about the hard and dramatic history the Baltic countries have experienced and their hard won independence.

For the most part the selected locations were great. The bus were modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend offering smaller group options and/or allowing a group to finish tour together. The constant adding headcount can be difficult as there’s a culture adjustment between groups. At one point I felt crowded. Also, company should consider utilizing hotels within main cities to allow tourists to visit nearby restaurants. All of our hotels were 20/40 minutes from major cities forcing us to eat at the hotel.
