I loved everything in this trip
From airport transfers (cozy huge vans with adorable drivers),
itineraries (iunexpected I have never seen travel companies as organized as europamundo..very very organized and i was amazed of how you guys link cities and itineraries price was Really Worth this travel)
our Travel guides (they were all excellent Esp manu and albert) they knew everything And we really learned a lot from them, they were like walking encyclopaedias. They explained everything and always make sure that we dont just understand everything, but we comprehend Manu, Hes a very nice guy. Hes very easy to be with, he shares everything he knows and even personalexperiences..and we really learned a lot from him. He made us feel that hes not only our guide, but our friend too.He wont just tell the rules, he would always explain all the reasons why. the buses They were all cool Super cool So big and comfy..there were chargingnports,wc,everything that you need The bus drivers especially sir juan antonio, he did a great job I was amazed how he can easily manage to drive on the left lane when we got to uk They made us felt that we were indeed handled with the best handsThey were all good drivers..
hotels were nice (except the one from Verona, Albatros hotel if im not mistaken..; the whole room was a total mess from dirty sheets, there were smashed cookies under the bed, shower temp was hard to control, and the smell of the whole room.. i just dont know what word to use coz it smells really bad. Smell was like it wasnt use for a very long time, like an acient times. 128514;) but aside from that, nothing else.
Over all experienced was excellent and if would given a chance to travel again around Europe I would definitely booked with them again. I wish they would expand to usa, and any other countries too. 128525; keep it up EM

UTracks provided the perfect way for my husband and I to walk a lovely part of the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Tui just for a week. The Camino isnât a luxury vacation, it has a more humble history, and in the past we walked independently, staying in albergues in Spain, with no set daily itinerary on our way to Santiago de Compostela. This time we wanted to walk just a portion of the Portuguese road, with UTracks to do the groundwork and make our reservations for us. The inns and homes chosen to stay in all had charm and convenience and were, without exception, clean and run by friendly people. The route through Northern Portugal is beautiful, and the chosen itinerary alternated between challenging and easy days in order to let us enjoy the charming towns along the way. Well done, and thanks for the good memories, UTracks!

The locations that appealed to me most were the Switzerland and Italy locations. I am someone who needs to do things with other people in order to be happy, so it was really nice to be able to find a person with whom i could explore the location of the day with during our assigned free time. I do wish occasionally to stay in some cities a little longer, either by free time or staying more days, but i understand the need for the current schedule. The schedule was a lot less hectic than i had initially imagined for my first tour bus type travel excursion and was pleasantly surprised at the overall trip, so i would definitely do it, though at this time i dont know where. I would be interested in touring again with some of the same guides, but i realize that is not a likely possibility.
I had a 20 day trip, so i had multiple guides throughout my tour. I had started with Lionel, then went to Linus, Angela, Incarne?, Abdel, and finally Mariano, on my last day. Although, not always enjoyable every moment, i did appreciate the greatly varrying styles of each guide. However, while they were all good in their own way, Incarne and Angela were my favorites due to their styles and interaction with the travelers, in terms of getting to know the travelers and their interests.
One thing i should improve upon for myself is to look at the provided information more carefully to determine what exactly is or is not provided. At the time i booked the trip i had not had a free moment to review all the information provided in the traveler information, so i would definitely take the time to research everything

The tour operators George and Eva were fantastic
However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin
He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer
It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him
On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech â That we are his nightmareâ On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him
Rest the trip was really lovely and enjoyable
The walk was very rewarding and the scenery was breathtaking.
The trip was well organised, and the instructions were clear. All accommodation was comfortable and welcoming.
I would highly recommend this walk.
