This was my first trip as a solo traveler. The tour was very organized. The pace was perfect! I loved seeing all the cities and Andorra! The tour leader Gustavo was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and happy to help with suggestions and directions! I will travel with them again!!

Changing of the buses together with the boarding of new passengers replacing others was a little uncomfortable considering that the Covid19 is still with us. The tour leader insisted that whoever feels not well, coughing or sneezing would wear a musk for the safety of others. But some of them did not really care. It would be better if the group and the buses will start and end the whole tour together.

The tour operators George and Eva were fantastic However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech “ That we are his nightmare” On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him Rest the trip was really lovely and enjoyable

The tour was excellent Our tour guides in Morroco, Sevilla and Portugal met all of our expectations particularly Hamid from Marruecos along with our Conductor. The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. All in all this was a great week for us. We liked the itinerary and especially the fact it was two nights at each place. We did struggle with some of the other people in our group, but not so much that it impacted too much on our holiday. We just found them very loud and quite self centred which can be difficult in a group environment. We simply spent more time alone when we could. We would have liked some more detailed information about what to do in our free time as most of the group wanted to go shopping but that’s not our thing.

Overall the trip was excellent barring our hotel stay at Heraklion. The rooms could have been better and the bathroom was very small including the bathing space. Better accommodation could have been arranged.
