I had a really great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first group and first time in Europe and I was very pleasantly surprised. I met some great people from all around the world who encouraged me to try things I never would’ve done if I was alone. The CEOs reduced the stress of travelling and were fun to talk to. I would definitely do another G adventures tour because it was so fun!

We booked a day trip around Barcelona and Montserrat with a driver - Marta, and it was perfect.
Matra was amazing with local knowledge and communication during our trip, she was a great communicator, fun, kind, respectful and helpful and went above and beyond with every detail and we loved our time with Marta - making our day in Barcelona better than we could have hoped for.
We would gladly highly recommend Marta and this trip to anyone.

Astrid was a wonderful tour manager. She was organized, kind, and knowledgeable. Tour guide Brit was also awesome. She provided interesting information about London in a fun way and was able to change plans on the fly due to the weather. The Peter Pan decorations at Blenheim Palace were amazing and worth the visit! Overall, it was a great trip, and we all had a lot of fun seeing London at Christmastime.

PHAETON RIDE, SPLENDID HOTEL, WOODEN HOUSES Büyükada, literally “Big Island” in Turkish, is the original Princes' Island, and the largest and most populated of the Princes’ Islands. It was Büyükada where the Byzantine empresses Irene and Zoe and Anna Dalassena were sent on....

We will take a tour of the island by Phaeton (horse and cart) and will pass elegant old wooden mansions and beautiful natural scenery. you can enjoy a delicious lunch in a cozy sea-side fish restaurant and relax looking back at the domes and minarets among skyscrapers of modern Istanbul's skyline. This a perfect day for relaxing and enjoying one of Istanbul's residents' favorite summer retreats. Return by ferry and drop off to hotel or port.
Very organized. The time was well used to see major sites and to get a feel for the history and daily life. The tour was responsive to our request to include some outdoor, active activities in addition to sightseeing. The local guide was very good, knowledgeable and genial. Importantly, he was a good driver. The hotels were well selected, except for the one in Cluj which was a bit out of the center.
