Marvel at Gaudi’s masterpieces in Barcelona, spot locals sipping pastis in Nice and admire Florence the home of Michelangelo and the Renaissance, as you circle the azure waters of the Mediterranean. Embrace the city of Pisa with a stop at the famous leaning tower, where Italian astronomer Galileo was said to have pioneered his theories of gravity. In France, work up an appetite in the medieval streets. In Spain, dine with the locals in Basque tradition with an evening of San Sebastian pintxos tastings, snack-sized tapas, while sipping on a refreshing glass of local Txakoli wine. We went in early Sept, so warm enough for walking and a swim in the sea but not hot. Hotel in Sagres very good and lots of good restaurants nearby. Two walks on the west coast and three on the south coast. All walks relatively flat with short ups and downs. Really stunning and interesting geography and geology.
Walk leader organised supplies for picnic lunches.

We were very pleased. A very affordable trip to Ireland with great attractions, comfortable hotels, a hilarious driver, and the best most knowledgeable tour guide. Saeed was our sales rep and very helpful also!

The itinerary was perfectly curated, allowing us to see so much in just 10 days without feeling rushed. I particularly enjoyed the blend of city tours and beautiful coastal views. The guides were exceptional, and their passion for their countries was evident. This tour is a wonderful way to discover the rich heritage and stunning beauty of Spain and Portugal.

Our group Explore Leader, Filip Kolic, is highly professional in ensuring our trip is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He's quick in problem-solving and forward thinking for example he's on top of organising alternative transport back-to-back for our group when early news of regional floodings and landslides had caused disruptions of the railway and road connections to our next destination. Great job there as we were able to reach our next city to continue our planned guided city tour, although quite short. We managed to celebrate our trial & tribulation at a lovely quick dinner next to our hotel! All went well with extra National Park sceneries and travel experiences!

Iceland is a beautiful country, even if it was a little chilly. We enjoyed the thermal pools and saw many awesome waterfalls. Staying at the same hotel for four nights was nice, we did not have to pack up and change hotels everyday.

Siggy was the kindest, most knowledgeable, most helpful tour guide. He knew Iceland and was kind and thoughtful to his customers. He stopped for bathroom breaks, made suggestions, asked our opinions and was so enjoyable. I would recommend him and this tour. We saw so much. Even though the tour started late we saw all the itinerary and more! One bonus was stopping to see a roundup of horses on the peninsula.
