Far too many things crammed into a day. Tour guide smokers and bus drivers made us feel sick . Smoked outside the bus, but they smelled in clothing when they got back in the bus.not pleasant for non smokers .
English for some guides not great.
Many very sick people on our bus. I said to Monserat that her duty of care for the whole bus means she must address sick persons to place a mask on their faces to protect others.by the end of the tour many people had contracted illnesses.
Less places would have meant one could explore a little more leisurely , not rush to get back on a bus to move on .

During our time in Berlin we stayed at the City Hotel Berlin East and we left my money belt in the hotel room put a do not disturb sign but a cleaner came in anyways, the beds are made with our pajamas in a different place and someone stole 140 USD cash from my money belt I have a record of borrowing 2 100 5 20 from Bonnie, and didnt use any cash at all on the trip, but the purple zipper bag was placed not in the usual spot when we returned tonight. In the same place was my credit cards citi Costco, capital one credit card debit card linked to our checking account, and our HSA debit visa passports IDs. already locked 3 cards but not the HSA one. need a police report in case theres fraud or identity theft.

What needs to be fixed , the clients who disrespect others who turn up on time . Rudeness to our tour guides . Had it happen on Raid tour , a group of 5 Indians were always later , so rude to Raid . To the point where 6 of us all said something to them . You need to make it very clear on them booking , they have to be on time . Otherwise it disadvantages then other visitors/clients . Dont like to see tour leaders having clients being rude to them . Its so disrespectful . All of thr tour leaders were highly professional.
Overall I am very happy with my tour , 5 stars.

The fact that the circuit also allowed me to see smaller places like Volendam, Beaune, Noyers, Brugges made it a fulfilling experience. It gave an insight into the side of Europe thats not frequented by tourists. That was fabulous

For improvement:
There are parts of Panoramic tour that time is very limited and impossible to meet the given time esp in London, they given us only 10 mins, including walking to the tourist destinations. Highlights in London are missing especially changing guards, English tea time that results for more free time and nothing to do in a very cold street. Should provide alternative activities, or they ask the travelers if they want to go back to the hotel to rest instead of extension of free tiem but nothing to do since almost all establishment are closed because of holidays. Same in Munich Germany, BMW museum was closed last new year. Europamundo must anticipated this scenario since holiday is fixed and they should know already that it was close so they can move other activities. This is very essential for us since this is considered as highlights in our itinerary.
