I unfortunately had a cancelled flight and missed the first two days of the tour in Helsinki and didn't meet anyone until the morning we left for Tallinn, but after that everything went smoothly and probably exceeded my expectations. I really suggest this trip, suitable for everyone, also for people not particularly trained. We rode along the Elba river, in a very safety roads, on bike tracks almost flat, not accessible to the cars. Beautiful landscapes and nature, lovely villages, very welcoming people. Prague and Dresden really worth the trip!
