Ever changing mountain backdrop with countless >8000m snowcapped peaks and a blue sky to die for. Apart from the odd bit, the trekking was never too hard, and the tea houses were generally great along the way.

AMAZING!!! Everyone we met through this company was just incredible and went above and beyond. Suman was our guide and he is the absolute the sweetest. He made the trek unforgettable. He is so knowledgeable - we felt so safe with him and he had an answer to everything! The prep chats the night before were the best. He made sure we knew what to expect the next day, and made sure we were always ok. Ramesh was also the greatest. He made us laugh so much and spent so much time with us. It was such a treat overall. We hiked to base camp and then to Gokyo Lake. It was a beautiful trek. We did need medical help and Suman made sure everything went so smoothly. Prior to the trek, we were in contact with Upendra, who was always prompt to respond, very kind, organized, and detailed. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you for this wonderful experience!!!

A well-designed trek with carefully planned stages and acclimatization days. The guide was professional, experienced, attentive, encouraging, and reassuring. It was an exceptional experience with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The pace was well-adapted—we traveled as a family, with parents aged 69 and a son aged 34.
Incredible trip and adventure! Definitely once in a lifetime experience with breathtaking views. It was tough but so rewarding and I met so many great trekkers from all over the world. DO IT!

The Everest Base Camp and Gokyo trek is one of the best treks in Nepal. You will be overwhelmed by the awesome views of the world’s highest mountains including Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Mt. Nuptse (7855m), Mt. Pumori (7161m), Mt. Changaste (7,550m), Mt. Ama Fablam (6,856m), Mt. Thamserku (6,723m), Mt. Kantega(6,685m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m) among others.
The trekking route is designed in such a way that you will be able to make excursions to Gokyo lakes also; have short summit to the fantastic Gokyo Ri, and finally reach Mt. Everest base camp.
The Everest Base Camp via Gokyo lake begins by a short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla airport, the entrance point of the Everest Region. We will also fly back from Lukla, when the trek ends.
You will be able to do this trek if you can walk up to 6 hours a day. There will be a couple of days for acclimatisation, where your body will also get some rest. If you are in doubt as to your physical fitness, please add a porter who can carry your backpack, when booking this package.

Great service, amazing experience and great adventure in the mountains!! Gokyo Cho La Pass trek with this tour agency is highly recommended. The agency is an expert in Manaslu region, Karma made all the preparations very smooth. I am a solo traveler and he helped me to find a group. All the communication was very smooth and I always got quick answers. Despite the tight schedule, the agency managed to get all the permits, and we left for the trek the day after arriving in Kathmandu. Karma and Nima are knowledgeable, responsible and funny guide/supporter, who made sure we had the best experience during the trek:) We loved the nature, villages, mountain views. I would love to return to Nepal and explore new parts of this beautiful country with this company.

If you're planning to do a trek in Nepal, this local travel specialist is the way to go! I recently completed the Everest Base Camp Trek with them and had the most amazing experience. They were extremely professional and quick to respond to any of the questions I had before the trip. Everything was so organized, from airport pickup/ drop off to the daily itinerary of the trek itself. My guide, Dipak, was also amazing! He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I had the trip of a lifetime. He was so knowledgeable about the region and about high altitude trekking in general. In November 2023 me and my friend embarked on a bucket list adventure. We booked a private tour for the drive in and out EBC via Gokyo Ri trip. Right from the get go everything was smooth, the communication at the head office made it appear there was no time difference between the U.K. and Nepal.
Upon arriving in Nepal the pick up from the airport and briefing were clear and to the point with no delays or issues. The trek itself has definitely been one of the most beautiful and difficult things I have ever embarked upon and I have NO regrets with my choice in agency or itinerary!
My tour guide for the 3 week package we booked and every day he stayed happy, tried his best to keep our spirits uplifted and made sure all the little things behind the scenes were sorted so all we had to do was focus on the trek itself. I highly recommend having him as a tour guide especially if you’re trekking in the Everest Region. Also, our Porter deserves a special shout-out for showing the strength of these Nepalese people, much stronger than I could imagine to be.
