Overall I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to everyone! Having everything organised for you, getting unique tips from your CEO to make the most of your trip and historical context from them of where you are and what's around you, and enjoying it with a group of new friends is the perfect combo! The only downside was my experience at Stalis Hotel unfortunately.

Really impressed with how well everything was organised - seamless airport transfers and simple but very clean, spacious accommodation with staff that cater to your every need. The tour leader was brilliant (he knows the area & understands the trails) and all the places visited were stunning! Ir was such a wonderful experience. was absolutely the best and attentive in every way. She made our trip so pleasurable, kept us up to date with everything. She is so very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, warm and caring. Thanks to her, our trip was fantastic.
This trip was suggested to me by a friend, but as an 83 year-old who ‘peaked’ more than 10 years ago I had some reservations about going on it. However, my fears were put to rest when I saw that the same hotel was used before and after the most challenging stage – the 14-mile final stretch of the northern trail, including the crossing of Mount Pantokrater. But in the event, although the terrain is hilly with some steep climbs I didn’t find any of the walking particularly difficult. It helped that a lot of the journey was on shady woodland tracks. Mt Pantokrator was quite an easy climb, the only challenge being the length of the day and the distance.
Not having visited Corfu before I found it a fascinating place, and have many vivid memories of the trip. We were fortunate to have, in Spiros, a leader who was very knowledgeable about local history, politics and wildlife. He worked very hard to make the holiday enjoyable for us, including leading us on a beautiful coastal walk to Kassiopi on the free day. I only wish I had discovered the island earlier so that I could walk the southern section as well.
