Lynn, our tour guide, met us in our hotel lobby promptly as planned and we headed for our day trip to Hangzhou. We had an easy transfer to the Station. Lynn explained everything and took care of getting us through the security check in and ticketing process. The train ride was very nice. We were met by another driver after the train ride, and we headed to the West Lake area. Lynn was wonderful throughout and answered all our questions and told us about the history of the area during our drive, boat tour and visit to the tea tasting. We even had some time to walk around the city center and do a little shopping before heading back. Overall, a really nice experience for our family! Lynn did an excellent job from start to finish and we would definitely recommend!!

We had a fantastic driver who took us to the places we wanted to visit. He was very accommodating and was always ready for us with ice cold water! He directed us to the local guides at each site and his choices were always perfect. One member of our small group (4) had a problem walking and the driver was sure to take that into consideration at every stop. The price was more than reasonable.

I want to thank Jojo for organizing the Tibet tour for me. If you got Jojo as your travel consultant, you are in good hands! She's attention to details, quick to response and goes out of her way to help address any questions and concerns that you may have. Although I experienced severe high altitude sickness, I managed to enjoy the beautiful scenery that Tibet had to offer. Our tour guide Dawa and our driver Dr. Guo were awesome. They were very patience and understanding. If you have to chose between standard hotels vs comfort hotels, chose comfort hotels. Some of my fellow travelers regretted booking standard hotels. Just beware, they don't have non smoking hotel rooms. The hotel rooms reeked with cigarette smoke, which got me sick at the end. My tour guide tried to get me a non smoking room, but all the rooms are the same. Overall the Tibet trip was a wonderful experience!

The organisation of our tour by Mandy Zhu was perfect. First, I was extremely pleased by the Local guides. They were upfront and clear about the whole process beginning with travel itinerary, help with the visa process, travel costs and so on. The agents were cordial, and always responded promptly during the pre travel phase of the journey. Once our tour started, I was pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm of the guides to show everything possible at different sites. The guides as well as the driver were very friendly and helpful. The organization of the itinerary and the logistics were very well planned. All hotels, with the exceptionption of one, were very good. The only shortcoming that I can think of, was the food that was local thoroughout the journey. It lacked variety and there was no other option. However, this is not the fault of the travel agency since all restaurants served only local food. Overall, I can summarize that I had a great experience. The trip was very well planned, organized and successfully completed.
