I dont like that my problem happen to me in italy was sent to my agent only ( no cc any email to me ) then my agent was very poor service . So I lost part of my trip . The tour was well planned although too tiring at some points. Our tour guides were good but special mention for ANTONIO (guide in Rome onwards) and Emma (Paris). They were both fantastic, handling the group well making the trip even more enjoyable. Angeles/Angela was also hardworking, she has a lot of information to share. However, you may want to reconsider assigning her to english-speaking groups as she may not be that fluent in english yet and her heavy accent made what she is saying harder to understand.

Highlights of Bohemia has been my dream trip since 2019 (as my initial booking was cancelled more than once during 2020-2021 due to the pandemic and related social issues) and I'm so happy I was finally able to experience it. The trip was thoughtfully and wonderfully planned out. The coach travel was well-timed (with plenty of stops and even a couple of movies during the longer stretches). Having two nights for each hotel stay allowed the right balance of rest and travel. The itinerary was well-balanced between structured/ guided and free/ personal time and neither ever felt like too much or too little of either. The Tour Director was amazing in every way; extremely good at balancing and accomadating group and individual needs and, along with the Local Specialists provided global and local historical and social perspectives, as well as helpful suggestions for the best use of our free time. The drivers were safe and very helpful, and the coach was always clean and comfortable. Hotels were mostly centrally located, also allowing a better personal experience for those like me who enjoy wandering and enjoying local venues and persons.

We loved the different daily activities, free afternoon time, bus transfer to the hotel daily, the local guides were very informative and helpful. Accommodation was great. My only suggestion, the travel app to include the tour guide contact details, and more attention to individual and details when starting the tour on the first day.

Our tour guide and bus drivers have been excellent and very helpful to us . They help us with our luggages and our bus is clean and comfortable.. I see how hard our tour guide works to give us the best experience and made sure we have the best vacation . On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I have to repeat all of our tour guide have been very good but I get to see extra from Julio as he was very attentive to us and our needs . I give 5 stars to everyone working very making our vacation as memorable and as happy Julio thank you soo much for everything You are the best
