We booked a private 8 day tour of Romania with this travel operator and they did a fabulous job of making sure we had the best time ever!! They lined us up with a tour guide named Laurentiu. He was fantastic!!! He was extremely knowledgable of all the places we visited throughout Romania. It was all natural for him and it was not scripted and he knew the history of each sight. He was very laid back and was never in a rush. He had a great personality and a good sense of humor. He made our entire trip fun and interesting. He took us to all of the main sights on our itinerary, as well as some off the beaten path sights. We got a true understanding and feeling of what life in Romania is all about. The hotels they booked us in were all conveniently located to all of the main attractions and were all unique boutique type hotels. Lauentui knew where all the great restaurants were along the way and we ate like kings and the food was excellent. Romania is a vast and beautiful country. Everything ran smooth and was perfect. Excellent trip, the croation tour guide (Mr Igor is excellent). My second trip tour with Europamundo
Only Area to improve is at B&B Hotel in Slovenia, After long layover ( more than 5hrs) for connectioning transport to Venice, and shall let us to have light showerat hotel due hot weather. Minor accident at Hotel Mondo Room, Broken glass found in room floor and cut my leg, No propery cleaning before our stay.

My wife and I eally enjoyed the Historic trip across 5 countries. Our Europamundo guide from Bulgaria to Dubravnik, Ms Bilyana Shirokanska was a very caring guide. She made sure the oldest and the only English speaking couple were looked after well, that we undeestood everything and did not get lost.

Coming back to the hotels : Best part is in every single hotel my room was near the elevator because I am traveling with a child this was thoughtful-love it. Most of the hotels were nice, breakfast was adequate, meals were fine as well where they were included. No issues, no complaints
Regarding the tour bus - the small bus was fine for 20 odd people and drivers were excellent and did a wonderful job, if possible please add free WIFI on the bus
Regarding the tour guides Eng speaking only - Most of them were alright but as a traveller, I expect them to talk more about the countries we were passing thru. Yes, the gap was filled by the local city guides however time is short and we are on the bus driving long distances so info can be filled. They should be provided with matter that the guides can then talk to us about. I find a huge gap in the knowledge level of spanish guides versus english guides on the tour

I honestly do not know if my words can truly describe how incredible this trip was and the exceptional, first-class service our guide, Traian, provided. We saw so many amazing castles, citadels, and fortified churches and did so much in four days that it is difficult to pick any one favorite. Peles Castle is truly the most beautiful; Bran (Dracula’s) Castle, the most eerie and intriguing; and Corvin Castle comes straight out of a fairytale. As for the citadels, I have to say that I favor Cetatea Rupea and for the churches, The Black Church, Biserica and Biertan held their own fascinating unique history of how they provided protection to their villagers. For the nights, we stay in the beautiful towns of Brasov, Sighisoara (birthplace of Vlad Dracula), and Sibiu. We enjoyed delightful outings walking the streets, seeing all the shops, the people, and enjoying the local foods. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay in Sibiu, and with the help of our guide, Traian, he secretly (unknown to my wife) arranged dinner at a wonderful restaurant for my wife and me. There was even a surprise anniversary cake with candles. Oh, and the hotels that we stayed at each night were amazingly distinctive to the town and culture. And, finally, on the last day, we traveled through the Carpathian Mountains along the famous Transfagarasan Road witnessing the beautifully breathtaking, winding, scenic route on our way back to Bucharest. We even had quite a few photo shoot opportunities of brown bears along the roadside. While I am sure that I have missed much, I just have to say that you must experience this marvelous adventure for yourselves. You will be astonished.
