Our itinerary was one that fluctuated due to changing venues and plan of schedules. did a good job trying to get us the best experiences though. I only had one concern that put a small damper on my trip. Trafalgar won’t let you gain access to excursions until we are in the country. This time several of the items were full and I was unable to go. It just seems to me if you publish an excursion as an option then it should be available. kept saying, •its Easter break”. Well the holiday didn’t change so if Trafalgar and its travel guides anticipate a problem on holiday weekend then don’t use that time line to plan a trip of a lifetime. This is also the first time the travel director didn’t attend all excursions. She stayed back at the hotel a few times and left us with the driver. Overall, I had a great time and met some wonderful people. I have used Trafalgar three times and will continue to do so.

AAT is an excellent tour company, I would rate them highly. They look after their customers very well, are helpful and attentive. The tour guide Margaret was wonderful as was the bus driver. Margaret was very informative and helpful and had so much knowledge to share. The accommodation was always good. I liked the interaction AAT Kings provided with the two dinners together (very special) with all the people on the tour on 2 separate evenings, the delicious breakfast meals we had and the welcome drink on arrival was very special and a nice personal touch for us all. The small free gift was a special touch. I love the colour of the bag. It'll be very useful. Thank you. From two previous tour companies overseas that I've travelled with in the past and also AAT Kings in Australia, I'd honestly have to say, AAT Kings was head and shoulders above the others. I must say that I throughly enjoyed my South Western Escape tour with AAT Kings bus company. Why, you say? Well… let’s start with the people they employ. People like Margaret, our tour guide and Mark, our driver. Such professional people who ensure the comfort and quality of the tour is their number one priority. Nothing was too big or small a request for these two to get right in there and give a helping hand. Then there’s the bus itself! Modern, clean and comfortable, with wide windows for picture taking and I shouldn’t forget the charging ports on board. Videos that relate to particular steps are shown to increase your awareness of what is coming up. Great accomodation, comfortable, clean, that are well positioned in the towns and cities you visit. There is a variety of meals to be had and every one of them were of a good standard and quality. Lastly, and it is by no means last, is the itinerary, which is really the reason that you wanted to go in the first place. Everything down to the last item is timed perfectly and meticulously planned. The information provided is most interesting and I found myself listening with baited breathe. There’s only one thing wrong that I can mention and that’s the last evening meal together. It means that you have to say good bye to the friends you’ve made along the way. However, sometimes, like me, you may meet up again with them on the next AAT trip that you take! Don’t wait, join an AAT Kings bus holiday today as you’ll never be this young again in your life!
