You will start the trip around 07:30 at Ho Chi Minh Center. Join in a 1.5-hour bus ride from the city, through a traditional village, to reach Cu Chi tunnels.
The Cu Chi Tunnels are one of the most famous historic sites in Vietnam. It is a huge network of tunnels connecting the underground that used to be the hideout for the military during the Vietnam War.
Upon your arrival, you will be given several short introductions accompanied by an video showing you the way the tunnels were built as well as the way local people survived in the serious conditions of the war.
Next, you will discover the remaining area and tunnel systems which consists of the stunningly built living areas featuring all the necessities such as kitchens, bedrooms and other manmade amenities such as field hospitals, storage, weapons factories, and command centers aiding anyone staying inside the tunnels.
Moreover, you will also have time to explore the many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the complicated tunnels built for the purpose of security during the war.
After that, you will be served a cup of special tea and cassava before firing a real gun.
Finally, you will be transferred back to Ho Chi Minh City and the trip ends around 2 pm.

You will be picked up at your hotel and decide which local market to visit with the chef. You will stroll around and visit food sections with their wide selection of herbs, vegetables, meat and sea food, which gets you closer to the simple daily life. It will be also fascinating to observe and learn how to choose and buy the best quality of the fresh food from numerous food stalls in the market.
With the help of the chef, you will know how to buy ingredients for your cooking lesson, including herbs and spices, which play an important role in Vietnamese food. After the lesson, you should be able to go back home to prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes all by yourself.

Your cooking lesson with us is guaranteed to be educational and memorable. You will be confident to set up an elaborate dinner party for your friends and family back home.
You will learn how to marinade with spices and decorate dishes with carrot flowers, lemon grass stems, banana leaves and curved chili. You will learn to make the authentic magical sauce made from fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic and herb.
Then you can enjoy your meal featuring what-you-have-cooked. The chef will taste the meals you have cooked and and give rewards to the best dish.
As you leave, you will be awarded a little gift and all of the recipes from your Hanoi cooking class.

You will be picked up at your hotel at 8.00.a.m to begin your adventure by pedaling from your hotel to the other side of the Red River.
Next, you will cycle through peaceful countryside to observe green rice paddy fields and meet the hospitable locals.
Upon your arrival in But Thap Pagoda, you can visit 100 compartments and 10 buildings covering a total area of 100 meters from the gate of three entrances to the bell-tower and back house. But Thap is recognized as one of the country’s most important cultural relics. The pagoda was built under King Tran Thanh Tong (1258-1278), and rebuilt in 1647 in the Le Dynasty by the Chinese Zen Buddhist priest ZhusZhus (ChuyetChuyet in Vietnamese).
Around 12:00: You will have time for lunch at a local restaurant or with a local family.
After lunch, around 2.p.m, you will resume your ride to Dong Ho handicraft village, which is famous for its traditional wooden block printing. There are only three families involved in this painstaking craft while the rest of the village has opted for more profitable pursuits.
Once coming to this village, you can pay a visit to the house of the craftsman Nguyen Dang Che, who is famous throughout the country for his traditional paintings and to know the way he makes wooden block paintings. And then, you will continue exploring the village by bike, and discover villagers making other paper crafts
Finally, you will go back to your hotel. The trip ends around 4 pm.
