I just completed a 4-day Poonhill trek, and it was absolutely amazing. The views from the top were stunning, worth every steps!. I found the countless stone stairs quite challenging for first time trekker like me, but the journey was unforgettable.

I went on the 18 day Thailand intro and had the trip of a lifetime! Everything from even before we arrived was very organised which led to a completely stress free trip. We had a great experience with Khum and this company. The transport to and from the trek was smooth. The trek holds breath-taking views with mostly straightforward days for a fit walker with a few challenging days. I highly recommend the trek for any nature lover and enthusiastic trekker. It is, however, the guide and porter that absolutely make the trek! They really do become like family on the trek. Raju has mastered the art of being a guide. He knows well when to give space and when to engage with encouragement or knowledge. We met many guides on the trek and, whilst they were all lovely, we felt especially fortunate to have Raju with his uplifting energy, enthusiastic knowledge and witty humour. Raju made the experience perfect. He acquired the best rooms he could to look after us as one of had a stomach infection. The rooms were better than expected all the way round as Raju managed to get us private rooms at every tea house and always offered extra blankets and pillows! He was patient and kind and remained positive towards achieving our goal despite the difficult illness. He also supplied the medicine which cured us and allowed us to complete the trek. It’s safe to say this would not have happened without Raju! We played cards every night and we shared different games with each other, this was a real highlight! Nima was also a lovely and caring porter who with his limited English communicated largely in kindness and respect. He was always there to help and support and several times returned from dropping the heavy bag to help! Despite the illness, the trip ran smoothly because of Raju and Nima and it has perpetuated our deep love for Nepal and a desperation to return and complete more treks. We can’t thank Raju and Nima enough for their excellency and for making our trip so special!
I went on the 12 day Thailand trip - absolutely amazing. Koh Phangan especially was so nice, and the temples in Bangkok and evening boat tour in Koh Phi Phi was amazing (especially seeing the bioluminescent plankton at night!). Michelle (my tour leader) was especially incredible, she made the trip so fun and was there for any worries I had. Big shout out to our local tour guide too, Nana, who was super funny and super interesting to learn about the local Thai culture. It was my first time doing a tour like this, and Ive already booked a second tour with intro next summer! All in all, incredible trip! Cannot recommend enough.

My holiday to Bali was absolutely incredible. The trip was so well organised, and I genuinely don’t think I could have had such a fun, seamless, and authentic experience without our amazing guide, Ovinda.
We started in Canggu, diving straight into the hustle and bustle with fantastic dinners and nightlife that instantly bonded the group. During our free time, Ovinda even organised a ring-making class within minutes — a thoughtful gesture that saved us endless scrolling and left me with a beautiful, personal souvenir.
Next, we headed to Ubud, where the scenery was breathtaking and the experiences unforgettable. The Balinese cooking class was a standout (the food was incredible!), and visiting the Monkey Forest was both fun and fascinating. Ovinda took the time to explain the temples and their cultural significance — something she did at every destination with genuine passion and insight.
Climbing Mount Batur on my birthday was an absolute highlight. Watching the sunrise from the summit was nothing short of magical. We followed it with a visit to the rice terraces, where I captured my “money shot” on the famous swing — a true bucket-list moment!
On Gili Trawangan, we swam in crystal-clear waters, ate delicious local food, and cycled around the island — a simple yet perfect way to explore. Ovinda even surprised me with a birthday cake, making the day feel extra special and heartwarming.
From start to finish, the trip was flawlessly organised. The hotels were top quality, the itinerary balanced adventure and relaxation perfectly, and every personal recommendation from Ovinda was spot on. She kept us safe, well cared for, and always smiling — whether we were enjoying a Bintang or unwinding with a massage.
The friendships formed and memories made over those ten days will stay with me forever. It truly was the trip of a lifetime — all thanks to and the wonderful Ovinda.
