Having been a previous customer for INTRO, I was so excited to be part of their first trip to the Philippines and it definitely did not disappoint. As always from start to finish, the Group Leaders were there to help with anything and everything and the trip itself was just mind blowing. THE BEST way to travel a country and since doing my first group tour with INTRO over 3 years ago now I will never travel any other way. My favourite activities were the 3 day boat expedition from Coron to El Nido which was just incredible, the waterfalls in Siquijor and all of the snorkelling! The accommodation was comfortable and better than I expected as it was on all other INTRO tours. Already looking forward the next trip.

My friend introduced me to this tour operator. After speaking with Kiara, we had a suitable itinerary. Our mission was straightforward: book a round-way ticket to Vietnam and enjoy the trip. They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We were very happy and impressed with the experience we received on this trek. When we arrived in Kathmandu there was heavy rains and flooding that disrupted normal travel to the Everest region. Yet, this tour operator did an amazing job at organizing everything for us so that we didn’t miss anything and started on time. Our guide Pasang Tamang was amazing and friendly, and he did a fantastic job communicating with us and keeping us safe. Very highly recommend, and I hope to go on another trip with Pasang again.

I went solo in low season (Jan) and it was amazing! It was cold at night, but i had the trail and all of the lodges to myself. That's how I like it. If you prefer a more solitary experience, this is the time to do it. Also, blue skies the entire time. I did 12 days that included Poon Hill and Anapurna Base Camp. Ramesh was my guide and he was the best! He really knows his stuff took care of everything. Such a great person too. I had been wanting to do this for 20 years and I was not disappointed. Seriously the trip of a lifetime. This outfit was recommended to me by word-of-mouth, and I'm telling everyone who will listen to come to Nepal and get into the mountains with these guys!
