Was an excellent tour! I am not a 'tour person' by any means but thought I would give it a try in Japan as I heard several concerns about transport and language. The tour was well put together and did really showcase some of the wonderful places in Japan I would have missed if I had planned it myself. The Annapurna circuit trek was incredible. Our guide Raju (pics attached) made it so special- he was the best guide ever. Nima our porter was also excellent, very kind always putting us first. We felt very well looked after. A couple of days in I fell ill, but Raju put my needs at the forefront. He made sure I was safe at all times, constantly checking my oxygen levels and breathing, I felt very safe. In his supply’s he had some medication which cleared the illness. If it wasn’t for Raju’s preparation I don’t think I would have been able to finish the trek- I am so grateful The views and trekking routes were spot on. Raju was very knowledgable telling us about the mountains but also giving us space to walk together- he had the perfect balance. The guest houses were excellent, much better than I had expected with a private room at all of the locations. Excellent food options too, 3 large meals a day, we weren’t going to go hungry! Everything you need is included. Breathtaking, well organised, the best guide. Nepal is an incredible country. A trip of a lifetime. Thank you Raju, Nima. I highly recommend this trip.
