I just returned from an incredible trip to Argentina and Brazil with Contiki, and I can’t recommend it enough! I would definitely recommend taking the Jungle boat ride. If you don't like getting wet, then forget about it, because you will get trenched! They give each person a bag to keep your personal items dry, such as your cell phone & other valuables. In this regard, the bag is even big enough for some clothing, so you could wear a bathing suit & place the rest of your clothing inside the bag or bring a change of clothes. You could always wear a very lightweight rain coat, but you'll probably still get wet, just not as trenched. Personally, I found getting soaked was quite refreshing & even enhanced the experience. When i arrives to Iguazu the tour was fully booked, but thanks to Say Hueque they found a place for me before I left Iguazu. They have a great service, I highly recommend traveling with them.

Clara Gonzalez crafted an experience perfectly in line with our request and did so quickly and accurately. Antonella Pascarelli provided us with the expert support we needed before and during the trip. She informed us of needed documentation, answered detailed questions about hotels and restaurants, handled all hotel stays accurately and made dinner reservations at our choice of restaurants.
Land transfers were crucial to our moving about the country and the app included necessary information about that. The guides (Diana in Buenos Aires; Shoam in El Chalten) were both well informed, efficient and personable. I'm glad Antonella knew which companies with whom to work. When we were in country, I received daily emails from Antonella checking in on how things were going and making sure we were on track with the next phase of the trip. I would like to return to South America and I will most certainly try to work with with them.

Nearly all of the guides were wonderful.
I don’t remember the name of the guide who took us to El Chaltén but we appreciated that he took us seriously as trekkers and suggested a slightly longer trek with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed that trek!
And we also were very happy with our guide in Tiera del Fuego. She was very lively, knowledgeable and provided us with a couple of wonderful hike and a delicious lunch. We loved all she knew about the birds, trees and geology on the area."

The travel team designed a solo trip to Buenos Aires and Patagonia for me last year which was outstanding, so when I decided to go to Peru and Machu Picchu, I asked them to design a tour for me again. And again I was thrilled with their services! They tailored the trip to my specific interests and made adjustments as we went through the initial planning stagings until the trip was exactly what I wanted. When I travel alone in foreign countries, I don't want to have to worry about issues with transportation, safety, or unexpected changes to the itinerary. They arranged everything for me - transportation from each location with a driver and a bilingual guide to explain that portion of my trip. There were heavy rains in Machu Picchu before my arrival so some trails were closed and they made last minute arrangements for alternatives without problem. They provide you with multiple ways to contact them 24/7 while you're traveling, and I had to contact them once in the middle of the night to confirm a pickup time - they responded on What's App within 2 minutes and got the issue sorted immediately.
