We had 2 fantastic game drives with our guide. He was very caring and a perfect guide. He knows the national parks (Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro) inside out. Booking with the tour operator was easy, he was very responsive and helpful. All worked out as planned and we had a lot of very cool sightings. Clear recommendation from us.
Our trip to Tanzania was well curated by this company. From our first chats with Joan, we felt comfortable to proceed with booking with this company. Booking with local company makes us feel the great contribution to the local economy. Our guide was very helpful and informative, he did everything he could to make us comfortable and informed. The safari camp, Suenos was best and in the center of wilderness, with greater views of wildlife. It was amazing to here the sound of animals at mid-night and we will never forget this experience. One thing of note is flexibility the company have on planing of our trip. We will get back to this company again and again when we travel to Tanzania again. Our guide was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. It was a great experience at Ngorongoro Crater. The car was a comfortable and we had water and snacks ready for us. We would love to have this experience again!!
Daudi answered all of our questions patiently and quickly from the start. All of our accommodations were excellent, with amazing food and service. Special thanks to Jordan and Peter, our very knowledgeable and friendly guides who made this trip so memorable. Every day (no matter how early), they greeted us with great enthusiasm and eagerness to show us more wildlife up close, allowing us to take great pictures. During our drives, we had many discussions about wildlife and the environment, not to mention all of the laughter from their great sense of humor. We sincerely thank all of the staff at Meijo Safaris for their efforts in making this a memorable trip.

We were looking for a local company that would offer us flexibility and quality service.
All went perfect : organization before we arrived, during our trip regarding quality of logistics, accommodation, transportation and food as well as quality of our guides, to the transfer on the way back to the airport. All was made for us to feel like home while preserving the specificity of our experience in a wonderful environment.

We had the absolute privilege of booking a safari with Kilisa Tours & Safari, and I can honestly say their service is nothing short of 5-star excellence. From the very first communication to the final day of our trip, the entire experience was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.

Friendly and prompt communication with Steve, flexibility and willingness to meet our needs and kind of gut feeling ;)
Booking process was very easy and at the end we put a trust in Steve and sent 75% of the payment - we were travelling to Zanzibar before and we did not want to carry that much cash.
My 2 friends and I, we went for 9 days safari with following itinerary: Tanzania starting in Arusha - Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara with walk, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Empakai Crater, Kenya - Amboseli with walk. We had amazing guides, I could not wish for better company, we had a lot of fun and I learnt so much about animal, Masai culture and life of African people. In Tanzania our guide was Godlove Goodluck and in Kenya - Onesmus. We had also cook named Alifa - cooking is really his passion and food was tasty. Much better than in any African restaurant we had been :D
Everything was organized and yeah, sure, things did go sideway, as our car got broken, but what I appreciate is how the things were handled and what Steve did to make sure our trip is untouched (new car was sent, meantime rescue car camet to not lose any game drive etc). And to make it up Steve made us amazing surprise. We were flying out of Nairobi at 6 am so he arranged for us home stay at lovely Kenyan family. We had wonderful last night in Africa with his friends. We could not wish for more. Ah, one more great surprise from Steve! We had budget safari with basic accommodation to keep cost as lower as possible, and is like Steve would know us better, he booked for our last 2 nights amazing lodge with swimming pool and view on Kilimanjaro. After diving and 9 days in the car on bumpy roads this was like a dream!
