After arriving into Marrakech you'll have some free time to settle in, before beginning our Moroccan family adventure. Leaving behind Marrakech we begin our journey, heading to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ain Benhaddou. Our route to Ait Behaddou will take us through the Valley of the Roses and over the scenic Atlas Mountains. Once we reach Ait Benhaddou we'll have a guided tour of one of the oldest fortified towns in the south of Morocco, which has also been featured in numerous movies and TV series including Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and even Game of Thrones.
Our route towards the Sahara continues through the N'Kob Berber Oasis where we'll have a chance to learn about the Ait Atta Nomads and their way of life. During the day we'll have a walking tour of the palmerie and have the option of partaking in a cooking class. Our journey from N'Kob continues, passing through the Anti-Atlas and Draa Valley, making a stop to try some local dates. Our destination today will be the Erg Chebbi Sand Dunes where we'll take a camel ride through the desert and spend the night at a traditional berber camp.
As we begin our journey back towards Marrakech, we'll make a stop to visit the Todra Gorge, the Grand Canyon of Morocco, and the movie studios of Ouarzazate. Once we reach Marrakech you'll have time to explore the Medina and have the option of joining our Marrakech city tour.

Then visit the Sakkara area that is located only 27 km southwest from Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid (Built for king Zoser), which is considered an important part in the process of the pyramid evolution, which were made from the simple mastaba to its widely known form.(2 hrs Time Spent)
Then Visit Dahshur Pyramids (Bent and Red Pyramids). Dahshur area is a royal necropolis located in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) south of Cairo. It is known chiefly for several Pyramids, two of which are among the oldest, largest and best preserved in Egypt, built from 2613–2589 BCE.(1 hr Time Spent)

End your day tour with a visit to Giza Pyramids where you visit the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinos. The Maasai Mara Fly-in Safari is a one-day tour in Maasai Mara National Reserve in Nairobi, Kenya. Your journey begins early morning to see the Big Five in action, followed by a game-viewing safari drive and a walking tour along the Mara River to spot crocodiles and hippos. Discover native wildlife like cheetahs, elephants, leopards and lions in their natural habitat as you take in the scenic views of the Savannah.
A picnic lunch will be served at the banks of the river or under a picnic tree overlooking the Mara plains. Continue your tour until late afternoon. At the end of the day, return to Nairobi, where we arrange return flight tickets and airport transfers.

This half day tour to Pharaonic Village in Cairo starts at 10:00 am with pickup from your hotel in either Cairo and Giza. You will be transferred to The Pharaonic Village by a private A/C vehicle where you can see and know more about ancient Egypt.
The Pharaonic Village is an experience like no other. The instant you begin sailing down the canals that circuit through the island, you are totally immersed in the Egypt of history and legend. We had a fantastic trip to Egypt. I am a single mum with a 10 and 12 year old. We were in a very small group with just one other family and we had a brilliant time. Mohammed, the group leader was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and fun and made everything run smoothly, even the bits that didn’t (don’t expect the train to be on time, however flashy the new station). He was fantastic with the kids and generous with his experience of all aspects of Egyptian life.
The trip is pretty full on but there is downtime built in. We love Egypt and will definitely go back. We’ll also definitely do another holiday with explore. For me, being on my own with the kids, the group meant I got some downtime and everything being so well organised meant I felt like I got a holiday as well! As an added bonus it was no more expensive to have two rooms at the hotels!
