Eastern Europe City sightseeing Trips

Truly a magnificent trip. From pick up to drop off, we had a wonderful experience. From the halls of Versailles to the beaches of Normandy to a farewell dinner IN the Eiffel Tower, this couldn’t be beat, and our tour guide Philippe enhanced every moment. A wonderful trip experiencing a wonderful country with wonderful trip mates. Definitely, definitely France Magnifique. Merci!

It was a very full on itinerary, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately due to the heavy traffic we spent a lot of time on the bus. Our tour guide reminded us that this is India, became known as TII. My highlight was definitely the Taj Mahal, however every city we visited had a highlight. Our tour guide was very helpful, professional and diplomatic. A smile on his face at all times. Can thoroughly recommend.

All tourist sites that I visited and optional experiences that I chose were excellent. I especially enjoyed touring the cities of Sintra, Porto, Monsaraz, Nazare and Obidos. All of the On-Road Team personnel were professional, well organized, kept itinerary items on schedule, and kept moments light with humor to liven up the day.

From when we stepped of the aircraft and the tour began it was amazing the sites that was shown and the bus was clean at all times. The drivers was well presented and kept us all safe on the narrowest of roads. The highlight was the Bullet Train not to mention everything else was beautiful too.

I loved the pace and selection of activities. I also really loved the immersive experience we got given by the wonderful tour director Pamela and knowledgeable tour leaders in each city. I felt at home in the be our guest dinners( all very top notch, impressive meals), and because of Pamela’s kind, friendly demeanor and fun personality, felt a part of a big family with our group members. This is a perfectly balanced experience to visit the northern parts of Italy.

Fantastic trip, city, towns , beach and rural areas amazing contrasts . Could have been better informed as Explore booked flights and we missed the Saigon tour - to have had the option to come earlier as not to have missed the tour - even at extra cost I found the holiday a bit stressful as there seemed great competitiveness with in the group to finish first - a holiday - not a competition - the E-bike seemed hard work too Also it was suggested that I should not have booked a cycling holiday as concerns that I would be able to do it- I did the whole thing and did not need any support - a bit discouraging really as age should not be an issue - if it is not to be allowed to book in the first place The leader and especially the cycling support team amazing Excellent 10 to 15 km cycling breaks provided with great snacks and refreshments Lastly our flight home was not booked until late evening which enabled us to explore Hanoi - we had a fantastic day - so like the beginning to have that extra time even at an individuals own cost / to be given the option More info - things like the water puppet show - not sure how to get tickets etc and having only one night there made it difficult Overall the most fantastic holiday I have ever had Amazing country, culture and a very cost effective holiday Hotels, food , Vietnamese people lovely Cruise just amazing and the food outstanding Highly recommended have lots of photos but on my phone The train street was fabulous
