Eastern Europe Solo Trips and Holidays

It was a fantastic coach trip. Plenty of room on the coach. Great hotels! It was a very busy week - a lot to see - but that suited me as I didn't want to be away from home for too long. It ticked off most of the things on my bucket list. I highly recommend this trip!

We had a really enjoyable walking holiday on Orkney with an excellent balance of activity and sites visited. The guides were fun, caring and extremely knowledgeable and the accommodation was of a good standard.

This was a great overview of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Our Tour Guide Slim was phenomenal. So knowledgeable and personality plus. Our driver any was exceptional. A great driver with humor. We had fantastic bus mates and wonderful accommodations. Over all well planned, well scheduled with lots of extras. I will definitely be traveling Insight again.

The itinerary was perfect. We were able to see all the spots in Italy that are a must. The tour director definitely knew his stuff and we learned a lot.

Hits a lot of highlights for anyone visiting Italy for the first time. We felt that there were too many “optional” itinerary items at additional cost. Overall a nice balance of planned itinerary and free time availability.

A wonderful tour of the main sights of Sicily (and there are a lot!). It's an amazing place to visit. Hotels really well located. Antonio is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, coupled with huge enthusiasm and great organisational skills. Perfect choices of restaurants for group meals. We have travelled with Explore for many years and all tour leaders have been excellent, but he is certainly one of the best we have ever had. It's a particular bonus that he is the tour guide everywhere as well as the tour leader.
