Andes Art and architecture Tour Reviews

Real traveler feedback from Art and architecture tours across Andes

One of my many favorites was the gondola ride in Venice. We also enjoyed the castle visit with the tour of wine cellar and incredible view in Chianti region of Tuscany.

The tour featured outstanding hotels, meals and destinations. My favorite experiences were the optional traditional Irish dinner followed by a music and dance performance and the visit to the Slea Head Blasket Centre.

This tour was a great way to see some of the highlights of Ireland. .We added the optional itinerary activities which were fun and provided a good balance of free time and activities. We also went a day earlier and did some touring on our own in Dublin. The meals were all very good . We really enjoyed the knowledge of our tour guide Norman and bus driver Michael.

Our leader, Julia, has excellent interpersonal skills and a great love for the country, history and land. Her mastery of languages was very helpful and showed the beauty of Portugal and its people at its best.

Beautiful scenery. Loved the boat ride in Portland. The tour manager was great. She had music and films on the bus. She gave us insights about where our next stop was. There was a fun stop at Ben & Jerrys. The Von Trapp property was also nice. Mount Washington was an exciting addition. All in all it was a great trip.

Collette does such a great job of putting us in hotels right in the downtown of the areas we will be touring, making it so easy to walk to so many of the destinations you want to see. Their tour guides are fanstastic, and Antonia was exceptional in her knowledge and sharing and making it fun to learn Italiian history, and this is really the best part of traveling with Collette, is how much you learn. The Collesium was a highlight in Rome, along with the Vatican. Venice was an amazing city, and probably my favorite experience of the whole trip.
