Zanzibar Explorer Trips

The whole trip was brilliant! We did such a wife variety of different activities and all the Dragoman crew were super friendly and helpful. Canoeing and wild camping down the Lower Zambezi was an experience I will never forget.

I have taken three trips with Dragoman and always a positive and excellent experience. I always consider Dragoman for my travels especially when overlanding. Excellent tour leaders, drivers and cooks, the itineraries are detailed and encompass so much and the experience itself driving in the truck is always unforgettable. Love the entire experience!

This tour was everything we hoped for. It had a great blend of wildlife experiences, visiting local villages, exercise, quality food & relaxing by the beach near the end. We felt like one big family & all enjoyed our time spent with the other families on tour.

Charles and Denford were both fantastic and Charles really went the extra mile to make everyone very happy and took care of one of passengers when she was ill and couldn't come to Zanzibar.

Charles is a fantastic cook and also acted as an additional co leader during the trip. I felt he went above a beyond to help everyone (including the leaders) on the trip.

Well looked after by professional crew. There were a lot of extremely long driving days just getting from A-B. Once the roads improve the travel time will reduce - to visit all those places (with probably little places in between to visit) this is unavoidable The best times were when we had activities morning and afternoon with some time to relax in the middle (like at South Lwanga NP and canoeing the Zambezi
