Really enjoyed this tour. Our guide Jackie was superb, well organised and always positive. One of the best Explore guides we've ever had! I would slightly change the itinerary on the first day in Vientiane. I would include the Buddha Park as part of the itinerary and go straight there for lunch from the Victory Gate rather than have a 45 minute break at the hotel, as it was too rushed at the Buddha Park.

Laos is such a special destination. It has a unique, peaceful, and natural vibe that I enjoy. I think these 10 day showed us the best of this country, we had a chance to join plenty of activities during the trip. And our tour advisor, Brian, has taken great care of us. In Vientiane I arrived early and visited Museum of Contemporary Art which had amazing wood tree root carvings. I think it would be good to suggest a visit as an option for people in their free time. It’s something like 10k from the city centre, so best if people share a taxi.
