We did a Group tour with this local travel expert. I was very nervous at the time of booking because everything was done over the internet. However, our booking consultant Vicky was very helpful and reassuring. Our trip included Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An, Danang, Siem Reap and Ho Chi Minh city. All our tour guides were amazing and went out of their way to make our trip as memorable as possible

Our Vietnam "Guide" was uninterested. First trip out he left a fellow traveller behind. Lack of concern for one elder traveller. Our Cambodia "Tour Gide" was FANTASTIC. He made our trip feel like discoveries. Loved his style.

was the best tour director ever in Vietnam this is our six trip with trafalgar. He took exceptional care for us. Was extremely knowledgeable and informative. In Cambodia our guide new all thing but had to propped for information. His English was poor and hard to understand. Way too many group photos, almost every site.

Our trip was great. Our tour coordinator was available and though there was one hiccup regarding a pick up for a tour she was able to rectify it. She was accommodating to our needs. The hotels for the most part were nice and clean.
