Nar Phu Valley trek Tour Reviews

This is a fantastic tour that will get you off the beaten track. We hardly saw any other trekkers until Manang & Lake Tilicho. The pace of the trek was really thought out to assist with acclimatisation. The remote camping at the base camps & near Buddhist monastry’s was a highlight, as was the village & monastery of Phu. The tents were very spacious & the sleeping bag, fleece liner & jacket provided by World Expeditions were good quality & warm. I was happy to be camping near tea houses at times so we could use their dining area for meals, to play cards & to charge our devices (sometimes for a fee). I recommend taking a good book or two to enjoy the downtime in the afternoons. Our guide Juddha was very experienced & really looked after us. All the crew worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly & to schedule. The included meals were plentiful & varied & there was always enough boiling water to fill our water bottles. I highly recommend this tour & would trek with World Expeditions again!

Trip to Alpine Himalaya life trip

The Nar Phu Valley Trek is now complete. During the trip, we had the opportunity to explore numerous monasteries, experience the Tibetan way of life and culture, and visit high-altitude Himalayan settlements. We were also lucky enough to witness stunning views of snow-capped peaks, pristine forests, and crystal-clear rivers along the way. The colors of the autumn leaves added to the beauty of the landscape, creating a truly unforgettable experience. Overall, the Nar Phu Valley Trek in autumn was a journey that not only challenged us physically but also enriched our minds and souls with the rich cultural and natural treasures of the region.

"Beauty of Nar-Phu Valley"

We are glad and Happy to do this Nar-phu Valley Trek, we are stunned by the views of Himalayas and nature in a whole. The people of this region where very much warm hearted and kind, they greeted us with their warm gesture of kindness along the whole trail. We enjoyed this trek very much with the company of our guide Nuru, and we would like thank him very much for taking care of us along the whole trek with his experience of guiding in this region and he elaborated us about the history of this region Nar phu Valley with great interest and we came to know that the most of the people are Buddhist and we saw many monuments of stupa's and gumba's along the way. Lastly, we are very much satisfied with this trek uniqueness in different ways like: culture, nature, people, tradition, and history. We want to thank our staffs and guide for organizing this trek and taking care of us along the way whole heartily.

This was a wonderful trek as we got to remote villages and up onto a high plateau, both of which offered amazing views of the really high mountains. Our guide was excellent, very experienced and made sure we were well cared for. The rest of the team were also amazing, you couldn’t fault the cooking and service they provided. Our big disappointment was out of control of World Ex. However the road out of Katmandu is horrendous, full of pot holes and diesel spouting traffic jams. We were unable to fly from Jomsom to Katmandu at the end of our trip so had to endure this road a second time as well as miss the views from the air of the Himalayas.
