Kruger National Park Tours in Spring

Just finished the Intro Sri Lanka experience and wow it was definitely an unforgettable experience! Our tour leader Matt went above and beyond - he was super knowledgable, fun, organised and passionate. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide and group, we all bonded day 1 and laughed non stop for 12 days straight! We are even talking about having a reunion next year in South Africa. The tour itself is a perfect blend of cultural experiences, stunning beaches and hikes, animal conservation and delish food. This is my second tour with Intro and couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks again Matt for sharing your love of such a beautiful country ❤️🇱🇰

We had the privilege of having Cole Reizenburg as our tour guide in the South African tour. Cole was so informative and knew everything about South African history. Because of him I’ve gained so much knowledge and understanding about Apartheid and Nelson Mandela. He recommended great books I’m now obsessed with reading. He is only 26 but he is extremely mature and has so much knowledge and experience and guided the tour so well. I can’t imagine the pressure of taking care of 13 of us on the tour and organizing everything but he was calm, respectful, patient and welcoming even with difficult people. A few people, who were a lot older than him on the group were quite rude but Cole stayed calm and continued to treat everyone with respect and kindness. I don’t know how he does it! Cole was helpful to book our extra activities after the trip like paragliding. As a local he was able to give us his own experience of South Africa and recommended amazing food! I’ve been on the Mexico tour and previous tours with other companies but Cole is by far the best tour guide I’ve had. He made the trip incredible!

Just completed the impeccable South Africa tour with Hollie Sullivan as our amazing leader. We completely struck gold getting Hollie as our leader, she made us feel super safe and was able to cater to everyone s needs whilst making sure we had the trip of a lifetime! Her exemplary knowledge and understanding of the country kept us on our toes throughout the trip. Her high spirits every day radiated to everyone in the group producing a conductive, upbeat atmosphere which is exactly what is needed when spending nearly every moment of every day together. The entire trip was run so smoothly and stress free for us and Hollie was quick to resolve any unplanned problems. We were able to explore so much of what South Africa has to offer from learning extensive knowledge about their history and culture to immersing ourselves into an unforgettable safari. This trip truly does give you the most incredible experiences and Hollie goes above and beyond to make sure everyone indulges into it all and takes it all in. This tour really is an experience that will be with you for the rest of your life with the people you meet along the way and everything you get to see with your own eyes. If you re lucky enough to get Hollie as your leader just know you re about to have the best 12 days of your life! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt happy and content, Hollie is an asset to intro travel, she s super knowledgeable, fun and and energetic to be around, she was accommodating and no request was too big or too small, she s everything you could want in a guide! Your passion for South Africa and travelling was contagious so can I come back and do it all again??? ¤i¸ I have just come off a group tour in Japan with our tour guide Anna Holling. I just wanted to express how fortunate I felt to have her lead us around Japan!! She made us feel calm and so safe in such a busy and stressful place. Her commendable knowledge and intellect kept us acquainted with all things culture and fun facts throughout the entire trip, her extensive knowledge of the country helped us with so many recommendations of what to do during our free time to make sure we could fit in everything we wanted. Her constant energy and high spirits radiated to all of us and produced a positive fun environment to be around every single day. I felt welcomed with open arms from the first day with her kindness and passion and it had me not wanting to leave, Anna is everything you could ever want and more in a tour leader and she truly does help complete an experience of a lifetime. The entire trip was run so smoothly and stress free for us due to Anna s confidence and her above and beyond ability to cater to everyone s needs, making it her priority to make sure everyone had an unforgettable experience. We were able to explore the best of what Japan has to offer from indulging in the local cuisine and immersing ourselves into the multifaceted culture with the incredible experiences this trip has lined up. If you re lucky enough to get Anna as your group leader you re about to have a trip of a lifetime. This memorable intro trip made me smile and laugh my way through Japan, I could not recommend this tour enough (I would literally do it again), it really is an experience that will be with you for the rest of your life, along with the amazing people you meet along the way. Good all encompassing tour. Excellent guides. Lovely group. Only gripe is the transport; considering the amount of time spent on the bus it was extremely uncomfortable. Seats hard, poor springs, tendency to slide off the seats as they were covered with a camp like material.

Truly unforgettable experience with a fantastic guide (Matt) who is informative, humourous, easy going and friendly. The safari drives were magical and we managed to see 4 of the big 5 as well as many of species of animals. The day of sightseeing at Blyde River and Bourke's Luck is also pretty spectacular. The accommodation and meals were of a decent standard and the coach was comfortable enough. Highly recommended.

This was by far my favourite tour. My tour guide was very knowledgeable about the country and all the areas we went too. The safari's and other excursions were great. I only wish that when cage diving a shark had actually come, but that is just luck.
