Just returned from an incredible 18 day intro Thailand experience with Intro Travel. Our tour leader Tam was amazing, nothing was too much to ask and she went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible time. We were in the jungle during the lantern festival and Tam organised our own little lantern experience. Tam made sure that the group was well integrated and that we all had an amazing experience. Any future group would be lucky to have her as their leader.

I have just returned to Scotland from an unforgettable trip to Thailand through Intro, and I can;t recommend this experience enough! From the very beginning, the whole process was seamless and stress-free. The itinerary was perfectly planned, with a great mix of cultural exploration, relaxation, and adventure, allowing us to experience the best of Thailand over 18 days! What truly made this trip stand out, though, was our incredible group leader, Tam (TAM TAM). Tam is a true credit to the company “ knowledgeable, passionate about what she does, and so attentive to every detail. She shared insights into the local culture and traditions with her little chats before every activity and the prediction about how long it would take to get to the location. Even when we had a local guide there too, you were made to feel at ease and understand when the language barrier is hard to understand. This made each stop even more meaningful. Whether we were navigating the vibrant streets of Bangkok, exploring the serene beauty of Chiang Mai, or soaking up the sun on the island beaches, Tam was always there with a smile, ready to offer any help if we needed and make sure we were having the best time possible. For example - making sure if there wasnt something on the intro itinerary she would ask if we wanted to do it in free time and help us make it happen! Scuba diving in the Phi Phi islands!!! Tam warmth and dedication truly elevated the trip. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and had a personalised experience from different cultures. (20 people, 6 countries) I couldnt have asked for a better leader to guide us through this amazing country. If youre considering a trip to Thailand, I highly recommend booking through Intro “ and if youre lucky enough to have Tam as your guide, youre in for an unforgettable adventure!

Ive just finished the 18 day Thai Intro trip and could not recommend it enough. The trip is packed full of fun activities and places to see that you might not ordinarily go to (I definitely never saw myself staying in a jungle hut) but now I have the best memories and friends for life! Ellie (our group leader) 100000% made the trip. It could be a 4am wake up or 10 hours into a travel day and she would be nothing but infectious, positive, happy vibes. I was able to switch my brain off the whole time (which never happens) as I trusted she would get us from A to B and have everything under control (which she did). She was sooo kind, caring and supportive of us all and nothing felt like too much to ask (not even a shoey lol). She really went above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable. The trip wouldnt have been the same without her making us belly laugh every day or without her incredible karaoke voice ˜

I had two guides Whiskey and Smile for the Thailand Escape Tour. They were both incredibly kind, helpful and overall amazing guides. Smile was with us for the majority of the tour and was absolutely fantastic. He made the trip what it was and is brilliant at his job, knowledgeable and he made sure everyone in our group was well looked after and planned the perfect trip. I'd come back to Tru Travels just to have Smile be my guide! Smile - never change! Great 'Flashpacker' trip, worth spending a little more for comfort and nicer stays.

Ich nahm an der 9-Tages-Tour in Thailand teil und es war ein unvergesslicher Trip! Normalerweise bin ich kein groer Fan von Gruppenreisen, da es oft f¼r mich den Anschein hat als wre es eher eine Klassenfahrt, aber ich wollte f¼r einige Tage mal nicht selbst alles planen und entschied mich eben f¼r diese Tour. Res¼mierend muss ich sagen, dass ich mich immer wieder daf¼r entscheiden w¼rde! Neben den tollen Aktivitten und Orten die wir sehen und erleben durften, war es vor allem das Gruppengef¼hl, dass die Reise so schn gemacht hat. Wir waren fast alle Solo-Traveller, aber unsere Gruppenleiterin Ellie hat es geschafft aus all diesen fremden Menschen eine kleine Familie aufzubauen. Sie war mit Abstand die beste Gruppenleiterin die man haben kann, sie hat jeden Tag einfach alles gegeben, hat sich um jeden Einzelnen gek¼mmert, super gute Laune verbreitet und dabei gleichzeitig so viel Sicherheit vermittelt. Man hat sich durch sie einfach whrend des gesamten Trips super aufgehoben und wertgeschtzt gef¼hlt. Ich bin mir sicher, dass diese Reise ohne sie nicht halb so schn gewesen wre. Sie hat es anderen Gruppenleitern definitiv schwer gemacht, an diese Leistung heranzukommen. Ich werde Intro definitiv ein zweites Mal buchen, aber vorab erfragen wo Ellie zu dem Zeitpunkt eingesetzt ist, damit ich wieder eine Tour mit ihr als Gruppenleiterin machen kann. Denn letztlich kommt es nicht nur auf den Ort und die Erlebnisse an, sondern vor allem auf die Menschen mit denen man diese erlebt Danke Ellie f¼r diese unglaubliche Zeit!

Boom, and then my 18-day intro tour of Thailand is history. It has been an absolutely incredible journey and the amount of events and sights you get to see on such a tour is absolutely insane. The days are packed with activities and you never get bored. Having the best group leader is the candle on top of the cake. Lucy Bell, our amazing outgoing and funny group leader was a big contributor for such a memorable experience. From the start, Lucy set an incredible tone in the group with her professionalism, enthusiasm and great leadership qualities. She took care of all the people in the group and made sure everyone was happy and enjoyed the trip. She continuously made sure everything ran smoothly which allowed us to enjoy the stunning sights and incredible experiences. Lucy was really a caring person seeing each individual in the group and made everyone feel included. In any situation, she organized transportation in a smooth way and even after the trip she helped out finding our way safely to the airport and further. She goes beyond her job and gives so much of her self 24/7. Booking a trip with intro is very recommended. If youre lucky enough, Lucy will be there as your tour leader welcoming you and showing you everything Thailand has to offer. You will not regret it
