I had the most amazing time on the 8 day Thailand experience, Peanut and Milin were the kindest and sweetest tour guides, they helped everything run smoothly and made us feel safe as well having lots of fun with us! I’m so grateful for the experiences they have given me, the knowledge they shared and the people I have met. Our group was like a family and I will never forget this trip! Thailand was everything i expected and more.

I did the 18 day Thailand tour (as part of the Epic Asia trip) with intro and it was nothing but amazing. The whole trip was planned out perfectly and allowed me to just focus on having a great time with no stress. I also felt intro selected the best experiences and activities for each location and I never felt I wanted to do an activity that intro didn’t offer. I particularly loved how intro worked so closely with the local tour guides and this gave me such a wholesome experience that I felt I wouldn’t have had without intro. As someone who has always wanted to travel to this part of the world but has been too scared to do it alone, this tour has been perfect for me. Thanks to intro I now feel like I have the confidence to solo travel other parts of the world. It has made me realise how accessible travelling is for everyone and how everyone out here is so welcoming and supportive. I was also very lucky to have Zoe and Danny as my group leaders. They were both 10/10 leaders and everything ran so seamlessly with them as well as it being a lot of fun. I always felt so so safe in Zoe’s hands and her energy was immaculate I’m so excited for the rest of my time with intro and on the Epic Asia tour.

I have just finished an 18 day Thailand trip with Intro and it was absolutely insane! Trip of a lifetime. Just the right amount of activities & free time and a great way for people to start travelling or people who want a trip organised for them to take the stress away (like myself). Bella and Thola our trip leaders were great. They had loads of local knowledge and were always there for any questions or queries we had. I’d highly recommend travelling with intro and I’ll definitely be booking another destination

Oh my goodness, where do I start!?! I have dreamed of travelling since my days in university back in 1997! My dream finally came true at the ripe old age of 48!! Its never too late! Thanks to INTRO Travel it was even better than I could have dreamed of! They were so helpful and engaged straight away and were quick to respond to any concerns or queries. The app is brilliant and easy to use with loads of info too. On the trip the sevice of the company is even better! We had the most amazing group leader in Zoe Belcher. She an absolute gem, great energy and loads of knowledge. Zoe has definitely played a big big part in making our adventure unbelievably memorable. Id like to just add on our trip we were lucky enough to meet a few Leaders and they were all fantastic and all went out of their way to make our tour safe and enjoyable. I think the standards for all tour leaders, from what I can see, are very high, so no matter who you get you will have fun and be looked after well. Little things like helping us get to grips with the ATM, to walking us home when we were ready yo leave the party early made us feel so safe. The company and the Leaders go above and beyond to keep you safe while still giving the most fantastic experiences. I will definitely be joining INTRO for my next adventure in 2026, One adventure just isnt going to be enough now £. Im also planning on taking my God Daughter on her first trip when she old enough! What an incredible experience the 18-day Thailand tour has been!!! I’ve made some amazing memories with wonderful new friends and visited so many beautiful places! Our Group Leader Dan went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experiences! Dan was full of charisma and enthusiasm, so kind and caring, and passionate about the land of smiles! Everything was so well organised which made the trip stress-free! Dan was always patient and understanding, going out of his way to help others. Our group was lucky to have both Dan and trainee Joe who kept us laughing and in good spirits! I was supported with onward travel & and am delighted to be going on another Intro trip soon! I would highly recommend! :)
