It was a very varied and full itinerary, especially with the added optional activities. Several of the activities require a reasonable level of fitness/physical mobility. Many in our group were elderly and had physical limitations which possibly slowed others down. Obviously not the fault of Insight.

This is an excellent tour itinerary as the pace was just right without feeling being hurried from location to location. The sites visited gave us a wonderful experience of Switzerland, especially at Zermatt and Matterhorn. There were train rides, cable car rides and boat rides to enjoy the sceneries. The accommodations chosen were very comfortable and top-class. The Travel Director for the tour was very professional and approachable to attend to our needs and queries. Highly recommended for anyone who wish to experience the best of Switzerland!

Hotel at Lugano is old and needs improvement. Old, very uncomfortable and can feel the frame of the chair when you sit on it. Part of wall paper on window side was patched up only.

A bit rushed, but good. Would have liked a bit more free time. All hotels were excellent, except Alex resort in Zermatt. Poor pillows and bed. Breakfasts were excellent. Can't say enough good things about tour director or driver .
