Copenhagen 8-Day Tours and Trips

Our tour guide Lorenzo is very nice , he try to help as much as possible, explain the itinerary well. But our driver is a restless driver and rude.

I had not heard of the company before so I was apprehensive about booking an international trip, but everything was seamless and easy. We saw all of the major highlights in each city, and transportation between countries was seamless. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful, and everything was paced well.

Had a great time Antia our guide was outstanding. She added info and history to make each destination more interesting. One suggestion is to either place Oslo hotel closer to downtown sigjt seeing or give a longer time to explore the next day. We got in later in the day to Oslo and trip to tiwn was long and not near transportation and then the next day we didnt have alot of time to explore the city. Felt rushed in Oslo for those reasons and the night we got in there wasnt much to do near hotel and only reataurant near closed an hour after we got to hotel.the optional tour required 12 people but tour only had 10 so we couldnt do it. The spanish speaking had 29 so they could do it. Seems like accomodations could have been made since we didnt have enough on the tour.

I enjoyed many parts of the tour and thought Carolina was a very good guide. I would have liked to have been able to access a more detailed itinerary from the website prior to booking so that Id have known the we only had a few hours in Oslo, which I felt was far too little time. The tour guides in Oslo and Stockholm were clearly knowledgeable, but their English language skills were lacking somewhat. My largest complaint about the conduction of the tour was the final day in Stockholm in which we had a guided tour for the whole group that ended very abruptly. I had not signed on for the extra/optional second part of the tour, but Id assumed I would be dropped off at the hotel after the initial part of the tour concluded. Instead we were essentially abandoned without any notice or explanation in a part of town that was a few miles away from the hotel. I would have appreciated it if wed been told in advance that we would not be returned to the hotel so that I could have planned accordingly. The hotel selections were very good, and the breakfast included with those hotels was very delicious.

Dear Sir, We had an absolutely fantastic time in our recent Scandinavia tour. The tour leader Maria lose Navarro Frias is an excellent person, fluent in English, punctual, flexible and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Your guides, hotels, restaurants for lunch and the trip were well organized and of real pleasure. I have travelled many countries with many tour operators and guides, but I must say that Maria is one of the most responsible, helpful, supportive and professional guide I have ever met. I would like to mention one incident during our trip. On our last day of trip, her bag was stolen from the bus and she lost all her belongings. In spite of that, she was very calm, quite, cool and she ensured that her personal issues does not impact the passengers. She did her duties for the entire day as usual inspite of being unaware about her return of belongings. What a person What a service and what professionalism. She believes on the theory SHOW MUST GO ON Hats off to her.Europamundo is fortunate to have Maria as an employee to their organization. She is an asset to the company. I loved both of my Topdeck trips. I recently did the Scandi Express tour and the Iceland Explorer tour. Both trips were great! I loved having a bus to navigate me to all the best spots and a knowledgeable tour guide to provide us with fascinating information. I enjoyed all the people I met on the tours. Both tours were very memorable.
