Chiang Mai Tours in Spring

This tour hit all the right notes for us. We wanted something that showed us different parts of Thailand without being too intense or expensive. The days were full but never overwhelming. We saw big landmarks like the Grand Palace and White Temple but also had time for small experiences, like sipping coffee at a local cafe in Chiang Mai or watching the sunset from the beach in Phuket. The flights between cities made travel easy and we were always met on time. Having a guide in each place helped us understand the history and customs better and they answered every question we had. We’re not “tour people,” usually, but this one made things simple. It was structured but with enough flexibility. If you’re thinking about Thailand and want a little adventure without the stress of planning I’d definitely recommend this tour.

I’m amazed by all that we saw in just one week! It was a relief to travel with Contiki and not have to worry about the logistics of how we were getting from point A to point B. Our trip manager, was wonderful, and had great suggestions at every stop! There’s no way our time in Thailand would have been as smooth or with as many stops/sights if we had planned it ourselves.

Arthur and Juen were great tour guides. Starting from the first day making the group feel very welcome and cohesive. The activities were very nice and I always felt safe. The days were always full.

My Northern Thailand Adventure was such an incredible experience! These guys were amazing from booking the trip to the whole adventure. Arthur and Juen were both so welcoming, informative, fun and professional. Everyday they were so positive and fun whilst also making everyone feel safe. Nothing was a problem for them. Arthur knows the tour so well and was always wanting to make it the best experience for everyone. For example he would recommend things to do in the evenings and arrange them with no hassle. Arthur’s warm and bubbly personality is infectious and he made everyone in the group feel like a big family which made it very sad when the tour came to an end! Juen (JT) was incredible! He is passionate about his job and very kind and positive. Both Juen and Arthur were amazing at giving information and supporting with translations. They both went above and beyond and looked after us from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to get in our taxi really early in the morning. I came on the tour with high expectations from reviews I had heard and read but they smashed it out the park. Took away all of the stress and allowed us to just enjoy our time in Thailand. It is because of them we are thinking about coming back to Thailand with TruTravels to explore the south.
