The overall trip was good and great, but the selection of hotel may be better. The hotel in France is very poor poor house keeping, lack of improvement according to time etc.... There was a discrimination in hotel accomodation in Zurich indians were accomodated in other hotel and others were accomodated in the better hotels in Zurich

If you’re lucky enough to have René or Eva as your guide you’re in for an amazing tour, with lots of historical and cultural facts They become part of your travel family We met so many amazing people on our tour, we’d have our meals together and go on optional excursions such as Moulin Rouge at 11pm together where it sort of almost snowed,, which made for some memorable experiences. Thank you for the awesome adventure

The whole duration of the tour was awesome. Our tour guide, Renee and Mario were excellent. Another under trainee guide, Mr.Javier did extra mile on us during our tour. Tour Guidea - Excellent Hotels - Very good esp. the Novotel tourist destinations - very good except which I would like to point out is the Village of Grinzing in Vienna. Let me share to you our experience. We arrived in that place at about 6:30pm. We, the english speakers were briefed by Mario, our tour guide and the spanish speakers went straight to the only open Restaurant in that place. The area is dark, nowhere to roam around Most restaurants are close except one that the spanish speakers went in. We followed going inside but there were no more tables, waitresses were very busy that they had no time to answer our queries. Eventually, we left the area with the group for Vienna Concierto with no dinner taken. Should we knew the situation, we should have stayed in the hotel, but as per advised of Mario, our tour guide that we have to go with the group because the bus will go straight to the Vienna Opera House. My opinion, maybe another substitute for Grinzing Village. It was a disaster for us Mario was great but I understand he has to follow the schedule. Attractions planners of Europamundo please look into this.

In one occasion our english group was added to the spanish group and we didnt like that. For future occasions, we would prefer to be in a separate bus. One bus for the english group and one bus for the spanish group.

Unfortunately this tour was impacted by the corona virus and multiple border / town lock downs, however it was still an enjoyable trip. Our itinerary while amended allowed us to visit some beautiful sights, and I always felt safe and informed throughout the entire trip. My guide was knowledgeable and gave our group guided tours throughout the towns, allowing us to ensure we made the most of the visits. He had an excellent knowledge of history and culture. The last tour I did with Europamundo we did not have mic commentary from the guide and I can see now we have missed some of the commentary after hearing such detail on this tour. I’d recommend all guides to do the mic share on the bus, otherwise you may as well give us the Wikipedia page links pre tour. Unfortunately I would like to provide feedback that the transition with the new guide who was taking us from Stockholm to Helsinki was not ideal. With the tense circumstances with EU travel restrictions, I was not provided with contact details of the new guide until requested and it felt we were left deserted in Stockholm. I understand this new guide was not presented with the best scenario he could’ve, so please understand I do not take this as a compromise of him or his job. For those passengers who had made alternative travel arrangements so they could return home early however were originally planned to continue the tour, it felt they were provided little support once the guide transition was made. This survey asks me to rate Jose however I feel it’s not appropriate for me to do so as I didn’t have any travel with him. I’m sure he is great and excels when there is no corona Also, BMW World is the worst stop in the whole itinerary and a lot of people on our tour would agree. We even joked how bad it was during our tour multiple times Overall though the tour was great fun, with brilliant guides who coordinated us through this period. Please pass on my sincere thank you for managing through such a challenging period.
