Berlin Tours and Trips

Berlin’s unique brand of glamorous grunge has garnered it a reputation for being at the cutting-edge of modern European culture. At the heart of the revelry of legendary parties, laid-back coffee shops and vibrant street art, lies a palpable history that has given rise to such an inclusive, open-minded and wholly unified atmosphere. As well as moulding the minds of Berliners, the often savage and separative history of Berlin has also shaped the skyline. Neighbourhoods have retained their own distinct personalities and it’s possible to see a variety of architecture from across the ages within small portions of the city. One thing’s for sure, Berlin is a blur of excitement that will always leave you wanting more. View our Berlin tours below.

Berlin Tour Reviews

Guest reviews from travelers on tours in and around Berlin

Our tour manager, Monica, was exceptional. She was always available to help with any issues or questions. Very knowledgeable about the region. Meals were always excellent, including breakfasts. Local ethnic food was always served at the meals. Our favorites were the ethnic folk dinners in Vienna and Krakow. Don’t miss the World Market in Budapest! So much fun. If you can’t find it there, it doesn’t exist in Hungary!

An amazing tour with great experiential visits to the cities. Can’t pick out one favorite but here’s a few: cooking class in Prague, kleezmeer restaurant and dance, visit to and guided tour of Benedictine monastery and so many more.

This is my 13th Trafalgar tour since I have been traveling in the 1990/ and every time I take a trip, I say “this one is my favorite now”. The itinerary for Trafalgar’s Bohemian Highlights ending in Prague is the perfect plan to experience all 6 of these countries. However, it’s Trafalgar’s choice of travel director and local guides (except for one) that made the whole trip lively and fun! My daughter and I enjoyed our trip and what a joy it was to make new travel friends!

Packed full of history. Full range of food from all countries. Excursion available so you can make your trip as casual or as hard-core as you want to guide was excellent.

This was an incredible trip! The itinerary was great, the additional experiences were second to none in both their content and execution. I especially enjoyed the local specialists who were always extremely knowledgeable and personable. A very special shout-out to our tour director ************** who was incredible! His vast knowledge of - well pretty much everything - made all the difference to me. Especially during the occasionally longer drives between cities, I found his preparatory and light-hearted narration a wonderful addition to my experience.

All the places we saw were amazing. We could have used a bit more time at Auschwitz and some time to look in the book store. We thought some of the optional excursions were a bit pricey. All good though.
