We really enjoyed our trip. All information was clear so didn't have any questions. Walks not very hard. Amazing views. Decent hotels. Clean. We left in the morning and came back in the evening. Hotel in Agerolo was lovely. Public transport was very confusing in Amalfi. No clear information where the bus stops. We had to to push to get on the bus with the third attempt. Nearly missed stop in Pompey as all windows were in white dots and could not see passing stations. No screen or announcement. Use Google Map. We met lots of tourists from around the world in towns and had interesting conversations. I wish we had more time in Pompei and regret that we didn't hire a guide. The trip was a good combination of nature, history, cuisine, culture and people. I have to say in the last stay in B&B in Naples the receptionist Italian lady was wonderful. She didn't speak English so we used Google translate and it was an interesting experience. She hugged and kissed us as we were her best nephews. Such a lovely lady. It was interesting to talk with Antonio in Agerolo hotel. Great experience. Love Italy.

We booked a 7 day trip with U-Tracks, with the ultimate goal of summiting Gran Paradiso. We were a group of 11 work colleagues who annually take on a charity event with this being the selected even this year. I must admit the trip was spectacular. the 6 day 'approach' to gran paradiso was varied in the way of physical challenge and then scenery. our guide - max was first class. he was able to assess the group and maintained a superb pace to keep us all moving. this was the first time we had taken on something as demanding as this (the final day in particular). The last day summit of gran paradiso was physically challenging but not technically (the very final summit section becomes technical but very well managed). the whole trip was fantastic from start to finish. I would 100% recommend and use again.

We just finished an amazing 7 day walking tour of Romeand the Amalfi Coast with the tour operator. It was Sept. 8th, a perfect time to go. Our fabulous tour guide Satva Esposito, was so knowledgeable on the history and biology of every area we toured on the trip. We never would have seen or done so much had we been on our own. The barge and crew were magnificent. Warm. Welcoming. Shining clean and food exceptional. Guide, Tammy, made time for all while keeping things moving. Herding cats is difficult! But she did this with grace and courtesy. Biking was easy. This was our first guided tour and surprised at all the knowledge Tammy shared plus all the interesting side visits we went on. The app works well (with the minor caveat that the details of the map disappear when you zoom in too close and when you go off track).
