Our trip advisor was attentive and conversational, entertaining all questions with knowledge and patience.     The trip packed a great deal in and there were a lot of ins and outs of the coach and sometimes not quite enough time at some intetesting locations. Itinerary was varied and the Tour Director and local experts were knowledgable. Accommodation wss generally good to very good, with one exception. Meals included were generally good to lovely, with a few exceptions which were poor to average. Free time was enjoyed as it gave me time to do what particularly interested me.

    Our last night with dinner at the Craufurd castle was over the top. So enjoyed mingling with the Laird and Lady. The whole trip was amazing, but that was the icing on the cake.

    The itinerary for Monkeys, Jungles, & Volcanoes was wonderful. Travels went at a good pace for most of the group. Accommodations were quite good, even at the more primitive hotel. Hot water for showers and flushing toilets. Stops along the way were very interesting and local business owners very friendly & helpful. Our guide, *Personal details removed by Feefo*, was the best and coach driver, *Personal details removed by Feefo* was also quite professional and efficient at navigating narrow roads. The major destinations (Arenal, Tortuguero, and *Personal details removed by Feefo*) were all quite beautiful with plenty of fascinating wildlife and lovely landscapes.

    I traveled to New Zealand during the Fall it did rain on/off and was beautiful, lush green and clear blue skies. It was nice driving in the country and layering is perfect for this time of year. I liked, meet a Farmer, Milford Sound Day (it was a very long day) but worth it, Queenstown had many restaurants to walk too but take a taxi back it is very hilly in this city. Kiwi Park was fun to do and learn about their animals. Māori Village was awesome as well as Waitomo Caves! NZ natives and service staff were very nice and always helpful in all the places we stayed.
