Our trip to Australia with Luxury Gold was an excellent experience, it was a very busy itinerary, but it allowed us to see a lot of what Australia has to offer. The whole schedule was put together exceptionally well, and our Tour Manager was very attentive and looked after us throughout the trip. Our favourite hotel was The Reef Hotel, The Langham was also exceptional. The only part we would change, would be the trip to the Yarra Valley in Melbourne, as the visit to the Chocolate experience was not for us. In hindsight we would rather have spent the day at leisure in Melbourne. Every other aspect of the trip was spot on, we loved it.

Fantastic introduction to Spain and Portugal! Our concierge and driver were a great team, very knowledgeable of all areas traveled and kept us well informed of all activities. Each hotel was amazing and would love to stay a few more days at each! The organized local tours and guides were always timely, personable and knowledgeable of their particular town. Best we have ever had. *An area for improvement - require your door-to-door car service to and from airport to have verbal communication with your travel client to discuss names, phone numbers, location and timing together the DAY BEFORE PICK-UP. We never knew for sure that anyone was going to be at our house at 5:00 AM day of departure until 20 minutes before pick-up time. Very nerve-racking and absolutely unprofessional.
