  • Fireworks: Head to Da Nang which not only serves as a prime beach destination but is also home to the month-long Firework Festival. This stunning festival of fireworks takes place along the Han River.
  • Summer festivals: This event in Vietnam is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, which is equivalent to the summer solstice. On this day, families eat traditional delicacies such as Banh U and Com Ruou to cleanse themselves for the upcoming seasons. In addition to this, you might also be interested in the Nha Trang Sea Festival, which is organized every other year to celebrate seafood.
  • Beach stay: The long stretches of golden sands in Da Nang are abuzz with people enjoying their summer holiday in June. Beach holidays in Vietnam here are best enjoyed around dusk when the water is warm and the sun is not beating down too hard.
