Croatia and Switzerland Tours and Trips

Tour leader ( Nela) and support van driver ( Zoran) were amazing on this trip . Nothing was too much trouble for them in assisting the group on this tour . E bikes provided on this tour were lower end quality but thanks to support van battery life was not an issue . Hotels were basic with no whistles and bells . The option of group dinners for solo travellers every evening would be a welcome addition to this tour.

Beautiful country wherever we went. Good thing is you are never in the coach for more than a couple of hours at most. Tour director Nicole was fantastic. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Plenty of leg room on coach, which was kept very clean. Tomy is a very skilled driver.

Enjoyed all the little gems and great experience of this trip. On this experience all the participants were of equal levels of activity and everyone got along famously. Greg our tour operator was very informative and easy to listen to. I liked the itinerary and length of stay in locations. The driver was awesome, navigating the tight and winding roads is amazing!!

This tour is a way to learn about Croatia and see the outstanding sights in the country as opposed to a cruise that only provided a snap shot of some ports.

Unfortunately I lost my prescription glasses. Our guide was diligent in having someone from the office visit the ferry to see if they had been found. I requested a letter from Explore saying we had searched for the lost glasses and my guide said the company would not send me a letter. Without the letter I cannot do an insurance claim. The glasses cost over $1000.

Excellent coach tour, well organized, one of the best Insight Vacations trips we have experienced. Croatia is a beautiful country filled with amazing site seeing opportunities. Having seen photos of the Adriatic Sea and then being able to stand in the crystal clear blue water was a great feeling. We loved the food, wine and now have a better understanding of the culture and history of Croatia. Thank you!
