Georgia Customized Tours and Trips

I was born in Tehran to a family of travel enthusiasts. By age 12, I had already explored most of Iran, and my love of traveling led me to embark on solo adventures from age 16. After graduating from school, I moved to northern Iran to continue my studies and in 2009, I followed my dreams to Malaysia where I studied Tourism Management at Limkokwing University. During my studies, I worked part-time as a tour guide, which allowed me to travel extensively in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. After completing my Bachelor's degree, I pursued a Master's in Tourism Planning and Development on Penang Island. Seeking further expertise, I obtained a DBA in Tourism and Hospitality. Now, back in Iran, I am using my expertise to improve the travel industry in my home country. With my academic knowledge and first-hand experience, I strive to improve the quality of travel services, promote sustainable tourism practices, and provide travelers with enriching and authentic experiences.

I was born in Tehran, the capital city of Iran, a lovely place where I grew up. I earned my B.A in English literature from Varamin University. I have always been interested in discovering my country and learning more about its culture and history. I love to explain and show this beautiful country to others, especially foreigners. So, I studied tourism and passed the tour guide courses at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts in Iran. To me, it seems that the media does not understand the reality of Iran or portray its beauty. I deeply want to show Iran to foreign tourists "as it is". As for me, I really love studying English literature and language. I also love working with computers and trying to learn new things about them. In my free time, I read, listen to music and play Kalimba, and whenever I can, I travel and visit new places.

I have been an English-speaking tour guide and tour operator for culture and adventure tours in Georgia for the last 5 years. Passion and interest first led me to adventure tourism, when I started trekking mountains around the world 8 years ago. My passion for the field has since grown, in parallel to mountaineering and trekking in the wild Caucasus Mountains. My first experience guiding a group in Georgia came through my international friends when they asked me to organize a tour in the Caucasus Mountains. After that, I established my own company and have since organized more than a hundred tours in my country. As steward of TrekGeorgia’s original vision, I continually seek new and exciting ways to embody the company spirit and carry on its mission to share the natural world with other people around the world.

My name is Anna and I was born in Russia. I speak English and Russian. From my childhood, I always dreamed about working in tourism and providing travelers with enjoyable travel experiences. Some years ago I came to Georgia on a vacation and decided to stay in this beautiful country. I completely fell in love with Georgian hospitality, nature and culture. When traveling, I love to see new places, explore new cultures, taste new food and meet new people. My favorite region of Georgia is Svaneti, called 'Land of a Thousand Towers'. It is a mountain region and you can find snow there even in summer. I love to wander around Svan towers, breathe the fresh air and hike in the mountains. Additionally, my favorite Georgian dishes come from Svaneti :)

I am a native Georgian, born and raised in the capital, Tbilisi. I love spending time with my friends and family members, trying new activities, travelling and watching films. My dad worked in tourism and when I was small, I would visit him in the office. I thought that the work they did looked so cool! When I was growing up, foreign languages was my favourite subject in school and I loved communicating with people from different countries, getting to know their culture and telling about mine, so when it came time for me to choose a profession, I thought, why not tourism? It is everything I'm interested in. And I was right! Now I get to explore my own country on a whole different level, meet a lot of interesting people from all over the world and see a lot of mesmerizing places. I have made so many beautiful memories. Now, I tell everyone: "go and travel if you want to spend your time well".
