When to go to Iran
Do not let the weather ruin any plans of your tailormade Iran journey. The best time to visit is spring (March through May) followed by fall (September and October). Temperatures in the country during these months are ideal for everything from hiking and bicycling to plain sightseeing tours. The country’s arid regions get incredibly hot in July and August, with highs in the range of 40°C. Winter months, on the other hand, can get surprisingly cold. How long to stay in Iran
Vacations in Iran lasting five days or less will still allow you to cover at least two destinations, such as Tehran and Kashan. With seven days, you can add trips to Persepolis and Shiraz to your itinerary, while journeys lasting ten days mean that you could also soak up the natural beauty of the Great Salt Desert.
