Wild Taman Negara Discovery - 4 days

Kuala Lumpur - Jerantut - Taman Negara. We are leaving Kuala Lumpur early this morning, please arrive at the meeting point by 7:00. We will depart by 7:30 for an approximate three-hour drive to Labu Sentral Jetty. From the dock at 11:30, we will embark on a covered wooden longboat heading towards our resort in Taman Negara National Park.

Upon arrival at approximately 13:30, we will proceed to the resort for check-in. Enjoy some free time to explore the surroundings or simply relax at the resort.

After dinner, we will embark on a night jungle walk to experience the rainforest after dark. As cicadas and other nocturnal creatures fill the air with their mesmerizing calls, we breathe in the crisp night air and enjoy the sounds of the wild.

Please note: Pick-up is from Ramada Suites by Wyndham KLCC (Address: 1, Lorong Ceylon, Bukit Ceylon, 50200 Kuala Lumpur) Registration between 06.45am to 7.15am and the shuttle departs at 7.30 hours.

Tour Style: On this tour you will enjoy sightseeing at all included sights with expert local guides, and all of your travel arrangements are included. You will travel without a tour guide between destinations.

This morning at 9:00, we will have breakfast at the resort before setting off on a trek through lush riverine, lowland, and mixed dipterocarp forests, leading up to Teresek Hill, which is about 345 metres above sea level. Here, we will reach the Canopy Walk, where you can challenge your balance and soak in stunning panoramic views of the rainforest. Afterward, we take a break and enjoy lunch.

In the afternoon, we will make our way to Lata Berkoh, where we'll take a boat ride to unwind in the refreshing pools beneath its gentle cascading waterfalls. We will then make our way back to the resort, where we will enjoy dinner.

Please note: The canopy walkway closes every Friday for maintenance and may shut down during bad weather at the Forestry Department's discretion.

After breakfast, we set off on a thrilling boat trip along the Sungai Tembeling, navigating through rushing rapids as the lush rainforest surrounds us. The journey offers breathtaking views of towering trees, diverse wildlife, and the serene beauty of Taman Negara. As we glide through the river’s winding path, the adventure brings us to the remote village of Kuala Trenggan, a hidden gem deep in the heart of nature.



On our return to Taman Negara, we’ll visit an Orang Asli settlement for a glimpse into their traditional way of life. Back at the resort, we’ll enjoy lunch, you will then have the rest of the day free to relax and soak in the beauty of the rainforest.

Please note: The visit to the Orang Asli settlement is subject to availability, as their nomadic lifestyle may affect their location.

Taman Negara - Pahang - Kuala Lumpur. Today, you will have the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, we will make our way to the dock on the resort, taking a short 5 minute boat ride to the other side of the river. We then make the return journey by boat and land transfer to Kuala Lumpur. You will be dropped back at the Ramada Suites by Wyndham Hotel at 18:30.
